I am a regular customer here. I have bought a lot from this dispensary! The first day they dropped the new halo live rosin disposable vapes, employees were telling me how good they were. So I go in and buy 2 of them. I get home and try one, it doesn’t work. So I call and tell them and they take my info and tell me the manager will call me on Monday. ( I purchased them on Friday ) I don’t get a call on Monday, Wednesday rolls around and still haven’t received a call from anyone. So I call again, they tell me the manager is gone for the day and to come in on Thursday morning and speak with Jake and he will make it right. So I go in this morning and I speak to Jay. He tells me that there is nothing he can do because they don’t have any to replace it with. I bought 2, the first one doesn’t work at all and the 2nd one was brand new, I dropped it accidentally, just once and it shattered everywhere. I have had multiple types of vapes and every brand out there pretty much and I have dropped them all the time, I’m very clumsy sometimes but I have never had one just shatter the first time I dropped it and it being 100% full. So I just bought 2 and now I have none. Mind you we all know these things aren’t cheap. Jay basically told me sorry for your luck and there was nothing he could do for me. So I had to purchase another vape in a different brand. I get in my car and open the new one, start driving away and the new one doesn’t work, so I had to go back again. This time I made sure it worked before I left the parking lot. Jay was extremely rude. He did nothing to make it right. I am now down 2 vapes and $120. I am really disappointed, like I said, I am a regularly customer and thought they would do something to help me out but I was wrong! Don’t k ow if I will ever go back which sucks cuz halo is the closest to my house by far 🙁

This was first time there. I was traveling and was checking different dispensary and I decided I liked this one. I read some of the comments and couldn't believe what they were saying. I'll tell you what. This was the best experience I've had in a long time. They are great and professional. Their custermer service.....awesome. you don't find alot of that anymore. Their prices and specials were great. When I walked in the door, it felt good. If I ever pass thru arizona again I will definitely go there. I recommend them highly folks.

I love the Bogo Jeeter deals they have. Tonight the atmosphere felt alittle tense. It was slightly un organized but they were busy. I will always go there though it's a good dispensary the people and their product.

I'm writing this to reassure others of how easy and satisfying it is to use halo. First of all it's super easy I mean even i navigated the process. Then it's very satisfying to be driving home knowing that when you reach your destination that everything is about to get much better

If you haven’t been in a while, they’ve changed things around. Products are more varied, lots of options. High quality brands.

Used to be my number one place. Prices now are not great and no need to call in an order as you’ll wait your turn anyway, with everyone else. The place has really changed, not in a good way. All though it’s very close to where I live, I now go elsewhere for the most part.

This place used to be the best option for flower in Tucson. However I believe since the new ownership they have not even had close to what the business they used to because of poor pricing and inconsistant weekly specials on flower. I personally will not pay over 25 1/8 for flower anywhere in Tucson. There are plenty of other options in Tucson to get eights for 25 in town and with better quality.

I am a regular customer but I'm sad to say I've started going somewhere else due to lack of variety. Halo used to have a lot to choose from now they usually only have one indica as far ad flower goes and the rest is hybrid. If i get lucky they may have an indica dominant hybrid but they do not have any indica flower anymore.

The flowers seem dry older seems like this dispensary Doez Not grow much "New" budz and really low THC levels for Me. I prefer sticky moist High THC Buds over High dry crumbly buds. Love the People not so Good on Products.

That is SOOOOO wrong to go up on prices from $25 to $40 per 1/8 right after Prop 207 passes and during Covid19 and you guys have older people that I have talk to in line that drive all the way from Sierra Vista and the town Benson to buy medicine since they have no dispensaries and to not let us know a week before or last visit you don't do it threw a text but a email the night before so people would still go all that way because they wouldn't check a email is so wrong and people would wait 2-3hrs during the hot summer standing in line before the pagers outside to support your business and like I have for almost 7yrs is SOOOO wrong in so many ways and I will take my business else where.. And as a patient who pay for a AZ Med Card our price should of stayed the same or a $5 dollar increase and those patients without a card from the Prop passing should pay $40 or more..

Very comforting and helpful, ALWAYS courteous and offering to help and they explain everything you need or want to know and take their time doing it,. No rush, and never rude with good quality products, for a GOOD high, and THATS why thier my FAVORITE dispensary😁
