If I am to feel entitled to anything, it is medicine that works for my crippling chronic pain. Sadly, I cannot find such a thing at Harvest, after weeks of trying, and have been forced to travel over an hour to visit a decent dispensary. Their parking lot at any given time on any given day tells you all you should need to know about Harvest. As empty as the heart of whatever brainchild dreamed up this sad proposition, as dusty as the flower they are trying to sling, it screams to newcomers: hurry in and claim your bogo eighth, count your blessings and never, ever return.

Yavapai County was issued a heat warning today. I stop by dispensary at 4:30 and the wait line is outside and practically around the building. I stop by at 6:00 - line is the same. This dispensary has no room inside to wait; I don't need all of Cottonwood witnessing me stand outside to get my medication, either. Even though I live a block away, I will be taking my business to Sedona from now on.

This dispensary says it’s medical when in fact it’s completely the opposite. They have absolutely no deals for medical patients and it seems like the recreational patients get priority. As a medical patient, coming here has become a nightmare! It can be quite time consuming just to get anything, and you still have to wait in line if you do an online order. Everyone needs to step up and say something so they can stop ripping us off!

The 5 for $80 shatter special is nice for making edibles, like 1/3 of the price. But who is paying $60 an eighth ($7680/lb)? Come on man...

So great to see all the same staff as before!! Love all you guys, so helpful and kind and knowledgeable. The Flower is really good and fresh. A bit Low on products. The staff is the best! . I hope they create specials and more deals . Higher cost than before but I do feel the flower is worth it.

I see a lot of complaining and I was complaining at first too but everyday they r getting more product... and honestly I have barely any complaints except a couple changes... tax and higher prices suck! And barely deals but today’s 4/20 oz for 99$ great deal! Now I think the jars should be in jars next to the registers so that we can pick them up and smell it. Prerolls could be better .. they have king cartridges again and most edibles. Flowers ehhh but do able . Honestly still needs improvement.. but it’s nice people r nice. They just opened I think everyone should cut them some slack. Give them some time. Peace love & smoke ✌🏼

The prices are SUPER HIGH now, and the quality is way DOWN. I will not be back.... Sedona Bloom is way better. The staff is awsome, sorry guys, your boss is greedy af.

The thing that sucks about this place is so many of their online products aren’t at the store when you get there. Even after you order is sent in online. Same with their own web site. But once you’re there and they say, “No, we haven’t had that strain for weeks.” And, they text you, “Your order is ready” and you show it’s not ready. You wait in parking lot for 30 minutes.

WOW! First time since I began the program in “13” I think, you people are trying to put me out of any pension money I’ve made! Many times I’ve gone there and limited out. ALL top quality! Went in with $800 and he had to put products back because I didn’t have enough. OVER &1000. Prescott here I come. Selfish bastards!!!💸💸💸

I've been coming to this location since they closed Yavapai. Never had an issue even when they took happy hour away. But when Leafly says the have the CBD dog treats and I go in to buy the item and then they don't have it, to top it off a budtender told me to come back tomorrow it will be stocked after their shipment.. Yeah I was lied to. Then I asked about the VIP and card renewal I worked so hard to get for 12 months. Only to be told to call corporate because they don't do that anymore. Not very many Sativa selections. Not really worth it anymore. so very upsetting.

I came in my first visit and this was on Sunday of this last week. I asked for Dosidos and a few others when the guy gave me a bad look and said I can have it ten ways just tell me what you want. I guess they were having a special tier drop so it was busy. I told him I just had brain surgery and need a good hybrid I cant take strong full on Indicas or sativas. And so he said I should try Mendo Breath. Me thinking this is a hybrid when it was full indica made me have more seizures and have two different hard core indicas that I cant smoke. I really felt rushed to pick something hoping he new what I was talking about when he didnt and not very helpful in what I was looking for. He wasnt the manager. I think you should hear out the patient and not worry about the line behind the patient. Now I dont have any medication that will help me with out putting me to sleep. Thats when I have all my seizures is when Im sleeping or very tired. I have both ounces one I tried more then the other but both very strong indicas. I made sure of that to the budtender that was looking for best hybrid. Name is Jarrad Burke if you guys want to reach out. Looking to make this a home place but feel off from what happened.

So I go at least 3-4 times a week...I love this spot staff is awesome and friendly and very knowledgeable... Except one person Dave David whatever it is.... That guy is rude I have had multiple friend's tell me he waited on them and he ruins the whole experience because of his bad attitude... This is the last place u would expect to go and catch someone's negative vibes... Come on DAVE stop bn such a downer bro

Manager Marandy is on a power Trip and the security guard Roy has had a problem with me a lot of harvest customers are going to bloom in Sedona because of Marandy I was told not to come back because I played my music loud in my Jeep such a lame excuse but I won't go back to this harvest location even if I didn't get 86 from here

Order from leafly at 9:56am and had to call at 2:52pm to find out they didn’t have the product on their menu advertised in am. Should have got right back to say out of stock. Poor service.

The people working were friendly but I waited over an hour to be filed in to a second waiting room where you continue to wait before you’re finally led into the worst lay out of any dispensary I’ve seen. No menu at the counter and the menu online didn’t match what was in store. If you want anything but flower, be prepared to lose your spot in line. I also had to remind staff about their own happy hour deal. If you’re ever driving by and see a line outside, just keep driving unless you want to waste an hour and a half of your life.

As a medical patient I agree with the reviews, BUT management is really working hard to accommodate everyone. I personally was against rec for many reasons, this being the biggest. Outrageous prices no more $8 grams. Some of us don't have $100s to spend on meds.
