Everyone was super nice and helpful. Flower quality is good! Prices are a little high though. There are some good sales going on, however. I appreciate the great customer service and people, for that reason alone, I'll be back. Thanks!!

I am NOT a fan of the set up. I don't like having a large piece of glass between myself and the medicine that I'm going to be purchasing. Other dispensaries allow you to choose from several bags of flowers. The quality is terrible. I've been there twice and I'm not impressed. I tried two of their vapor pens and the first one was broken and the second one tasted like burnt plastic. Customer service is nice though.

Please get some type of express line set up for your sale days. Sick of coming in there for a special but then have to wait in line behind a bunch of indecisive stoners!

I love the place and People who work there. They were so helpful and helping me pick out the right Meds for me. I'm sorry that some of you feel the way you do. I love the clean and secured environment. It makes me feel secure. The meds they recommended works wonders. I am no longer on my prescription meds. And it's wonderful. So I will continue to go back and refer people as well. And if you don't like it go somewhere else. There are plenty to choose from around the valley. Harvest keep doing what you're doing. U guys are a joke, have the highest prices and the lowest quality in the valley. Must be buying outdoor and reselling it as indoor hahaha, only old ppl or ppl who wana smoke boo boo wud waste their money here. Yall need to shut down ur business, get som real growers in there, and re think ur strategy and u wonder y no one comes here or walks n and right out, stay away from here!!!!!!!!

First dispensary I went after I got my card and it definitely left an impression on me. I was surprised to not really find another place like it. You're allowed to stand in a lobby like room with staff to answer questions and browse shelves like a library. Really allows you to get a good feel of what you want. Best pens sold here, best oil pen selection and wide edible selection. There's separate lines for cash and unlike any other place I've come across, credit as well. Staff seem helpful, friendly and consistent. They'll try to fix any issues with purchases. Great first time offers and rewards. Top 3 favorite dispensaries out of at least 15 I've been to.

I have been to other dispensaries. Harvest of Tempe is one of the most professional and cleanest facilities that I have been in so far . They were pretty knowledgeable when it came to their product, and offered some advice for my current condition. The prices are a little steep. Recommend paying a visit to this location

Super friendly, clean, and great products. Most places lose my business for not posting cannabinoid percentages, however, Harvest of Tempe always has percentages on hand and a binder ready for anyone to search through it themselves. Another big plus for me is being able to go in and immediately be allowed to do my own thing and search the products without being bothered, and when you need help they always have helpful staff ready to answer questions.

When it's busy it's a different atmosphere, crowded, not as comfortable and personalized. I would like to see longer hours like some of the other places. 9-9 ? Great selections and ok flower.

Hands down best shop in the Valley. I love coming here. 10/10 shopping experience every time. Harvest Tempe has the best staff all of the tenders are very informative and friendly. Special s/o to Noella & Bobby, they are the best. They’ll make sure that you have a good experience as well. The lines go by pretty fast.

MATHEW FERGUSON THE MANAGER has RE RESPECT for himself. Or people that dont look like him. The issue is he sets the example, the bud tenders are ALL awesome. He is a RUDE attitude driven POWER hungry mindset that he thinks, because he has that bit of authority HE CREATES PROBLEMS, he was called over to push his code then enter. But questions me? He is never smiling I’m not sure what he has agains people like me but i never paid much attention. I have NEVER had an issue until this passed week when HARVEST sent me a FREE 8th coupon. I gave them the physical and showed the email sent FROM HARVEST Yet they kept questioning its legitimacy. They brought the manager, i cooperated with ever he said. He was upset? Ripping the coupon dumping it and AGGRESSIVELY bagging and typing SMASHING the keyboard with his sweaty palms. But this is just The beginning. I had to make sure to note how DISGUSTED i am. WITH his behavior the disrespect and attitude. This is NOT a leader he his a most a receptionist that IF he smiles. And I’m on the phone with corporate as I’m typing this. This is outrageous. If i was a tall white dude he would have NEVER came at me like that. You have NO idea what you have done. You may have gotten away with this in the last but not with me. Good luck man. lo l it’s funny that you think you have the authority to ban a paying customer that. I can’t wait to hear you explain why to corporate.

the chandler location night staff has poor customer service

FTP tried the Marmalate and Blue Dream. Buds feel like they've been rehydrated in a bad way... was very disappointed. I pick from the top tier so I know I'm getting the best they have to offer. Not worth price or time to me.

Terrible. Did not have any concentrate in stock that was listed on BOGO in over 3 stores. I called and was told that some guy went a bought out their stock. Disappointed to say the least. U guys keep letting me down. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Rushed and frustrating experience.

I had an awesome experience for my first visit to Harvest of Tempe. The customer service was great. Sam had all the answers to any question I had. The best part is the Bhang Bar edible chocolate bar is hands down the best edible available. The quality and consistency of the Bhang bar is like no other edible!

Fast and courteous service! Would recommend to anyone. Staff was very knowledgable and efficient, you won't be disappointed!

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was also nice but the last time I was there I was sold a gram of Drip AK-47 and told it would be a shatter. Sadly when I got home and opened it it did not look or act like a shatter, if anything the product looks more like batter that's in-between crumble and live resin. For the price that I paid I wish the product was more what I was expecting and told it would be.

I’ve been going here for a few weeks now and I think that the staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile! Sometimes the wait is a little long, but I never mind. The prices are good and they usually are having pretty good deals. Love this place!
