The location is great but they need to hire more people there . It's been the same people for years and although it's great your demands for customers grows. I feel this location fails at having efficient staff. . Customer Service is great , product is good as well. carts are very expensive

Worst Customer Service, horrible Management. My points were never updated and the "managers" just laughed and said there was nothing they could do for me. Not sincere and very rude.

I ordered from Leafly at 6pm my order was confirmed then status was that it was being prepared . I waited to get notice that it was ready for pick up but nothing so I called at 8:30 and message them off of Leafly and they did not respond. I called several times no answer and on my way down at 9:15 (45 min before closing) I received a text that my order was cancelled. When I got there I had to wait and start the process over I tried to avoid delays and make it easy and order in advance like they suggested on the phones answering machines. Well they didn’t have all the products I reserved and they didn’t seem to care too much I needed my medicine and none of this stress what a bummer I really liked them in past times I truly missed the care I had back then. If you call they won’t answer if you message they don’t respond lame.

i have been shopping here since this place opened as a medical patient. If you are a medical patient go somewhere else because this place only cares about recreational customers. I am consistently the only medical patient in line for either pickup or walk in and they will keep skipping over you to help recreational people. I don't care if recreational has to wait they are there to get high. I'm here because I use this as medication.

Absolutely LOVE this dispensary!!! It was my first one ever and the experience was the best! Strong warm welcome by ALL of the staff. They were just as excited as I was for my first time. Very informative and great deals for everyone. Also love the interactive interface, being able to open the jars and see the flowers and concentrates for myself. They made my dream come true.

would not go here ever again. All the deals are wrong on the website, the staff is uneducated about what they’re selling you. Honestly the worst ran dispo in all southern Arizona

Great selection when it comes to good concentrates, good service if not busy , leafly is required for me to come here tho not a fan of wait times . Probably my lack if patience to blame on that . Love how theyre usually semi current with item9 drops

I’ve never had a problem here. I don’t know why some people think the wait is too long, maybe entitlement? I don’t know but everyone is cool here and I always tip my bud tenders so they know who I am and know they won’t be dealing with someone that has no patience.

The budtenders are all so super friendly, the deals here are fantastic, and the prices are top notch. I love getting my medicine through Harvest!

Why did they change the procedure for online orders? It is no longer a convineince to the guest as only 1 cashier is taking the many online orders while 3-5 cashier's are taking the in patient walk-in orders which are way longer to fill as they haven't selected there items as online orders already have as the txt saying the order is ready. This is the 2nd time I'd of been more convenient just to wait in the supposed to be long line than trying to take this fast pass online order. I got into building before 2 patients who were called back before me and left with product before me . That isn't right I don't mind waiting my turn! But when you see someone who comes in after you and didn't have an online order leave before you even get called something is wrong.. love the employees system needs changing.
