Parking lot is small! Staff has been decent to me so far. Wait times aren't terrible, especially in comparison to some, but I tend to go late to avoid crowds. Products are ok, I don't really get excited about them, but they are close to home and have some decent concentrate deals sometimes. Flower is a bit overpriced IMO, for what it is, and they aren't doing any deals on flower right now. Got a preroll cause it was pretty cheap and I was being lazy. Wow someone needs to be re-trained on how tight to pack them! Had to dump it into a bowl, waaaaayyyyyy to tight, and only like half full lol. Overall, I'd come back though.

Horrible customer service I called before I came in asking if I can bring my kids along they said yes you can just do a walk-in came all the way across town just to find out that I'm not able to bring my kids this place is a joke every other dispensary lets me bring my kids in

I ordered from Leafly at 6pm my order was confirmed then status was that it was being prepared . I waited to get notice that it was ready for pick up but nothing so I called at 8:30 and message them off of Leafly and they did not respond. I called several times no answer and on my way down at 9:15 (45 min before closing) I received a text that my order was cancelled. When I got there I had to wait and start the process over I tried to avoid delays and make it easy and order in advance like they suggested on the phones answering machines. Well they didn’t have all the products I reserved and they didn’t seem to care too much I needed my medicine and none of this stress what a bummer I really liked them in past times I truly missed the care I had back then. If you call they won’t answer if you message they don’t respond lame.

worst place for medical, will take recreational before any medical inside and out and tell you to deal with it . Been coming for years...need to go somewhere else.

I've been here twice for recreational. the first visit was about three days after they opened and it was a long wait as expected, about 1 1/2 hours total. The second visit I was in and out in about 40 minutes with the same length line. second visit was faster because more people had been there and registered in the system and knew the process. Both visits were very professional and freindly and helpfull staff. It is cash only as all are and of course there is an ATM inside with a 3 dollar surcharge (as is the case everywhere). I signed up for rewards points before my second visit. There is a menu with lots of options and some are not available to recreational customers but I think this is the case for any recreational dispensary, the other establishment I have gone to is the same way. Once inside you check in and wait in a small line and then walk up to the counter and place your order. Somewhat reminiscent of waiting inline at the bank. I will be returning. All products are prepackaged.

I've been going to Harvest ever since they opened, my experience has always been positive. If there was a problem, they fixed it. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Anyway, it's been my experience and it may not be everyone's. I recommend them/

There is only one person whose not very friendly at Harvest but so far everyone else is AWESOME!!! DOPE PEEPE FOR SURE!!! That's why I keep returning because of the awesome peeps.

Why have a phone number if you aren’t going to answer it? Literally called 40 times in a row to ask a question and got no answer. When you’re only taking online and phone orders that’s kind of ridiculous. Lost my business.

This might be my favorite dispensary. The atmosphere is top shelf. They give you space to examine the flower but are at arms link if you need help. I went in for my birthday and new patient special. By far the best bud in Tucson. I'm back again for BOGO CBD tinctures and flourish brownies. Shout out to Sara! Thanks for your help. I appreciate you.

This is an awesome dispensary with great deals that change monthly. Awesome strains. Worth it to check out their BOGO FREE deals on select products .. depending on the day! Their on line service needs a little bit of attention. There are a few set backs like quantities not getting through to the other end. There’s confusion about my on line order. They have bagged up ahead of time wrong quantities and wrong items and strains. Not sure what the problem is on their end. Also, can we hire more people to take care of those on line orders only because I went ahead of a lot of people who were waiting and I’m still using someone else’s spot and my order is wrong so this takes a while to fix. I did not want to cut ahead and that’s what I did . Are you only allowed 2 cashiers? because I’ve seen more than 2 elsewhere. Make that a separate purchase at a different window. Express window. Separate. Could even be right there at your front window. I’ve seen it elsewhere. Thank you.
