Something seems really off with management here.

The staff here are the best. Very helpful and knowledge.

Subsequent visits are sub par because of the lack of product display. Most of the afforable product is shoved in back of the budtender. The only way to browse those products is to wait to be served and the wait can be long since everyone is forced to wait for a budtender to see mid priced products.

The staff told me covid ended so the 10% discount was over ummm covid is a pandemic like the Spanish flu it’s not like they can control it. Complete rip off first time going their and I won’t be going back. On their website too it literally says you get 10% for ordering online so like what in the bloody hell is going on

My go to dispensary since it’s so close to home. Plus I like supporting pre-I-502 stores and Have a a Heart definitely has always treated their patients and customers fair financially while carrying the best brands in the industry. My only gripe about this particular location is that it’s small and if you like something buy two b/c it’s unlikely that you will see that stain again.

Great selection, great prices, excellent staff. Best place in town! Always has quality products and service.

The unique thing I have found about the Have a Heart in Bothell vs. other recreational stores is the immense amount of knowledge the staff have. Every time I have gone into this store, I have left feeling like the choice made was well informed. The staff here are so friendly and ready to help that I have left at time after getting caught up in conversation for half an hour gaining information about cannabis. The knowledge of the staff here is second to none, add in their newly expanded hours and this is my favorite I-502 store!

I think things have changed since the other reviewers left their reviews because I’ve been going to this place for 3 months and I’ve only ever had good experiences. And the place always has people in it when I go, so it’s popular. The staff is extremely friendly, without doing too much. They match your energy for sure. And they are all very knowledgeable about their product. I find the website extremely accurate too. I go 1-2x a week, know all the staff, and the manager. I’ve been to other places in the area, but I love this place!
