Have a Heart - Belltown

Great store! I will be coming back for sure. People were friendly and the feel of the place is super chill.

Horrible budtender with glasses was extremely rude and to everyone in there esp to people Of color !!! Why is the name called have a heart but have heartless cold individuals working there !! We came in after my bday party dinner and wish we never did !!! The worst experience ever !! Don’t go here ! They don’t care about their customers or others apart of this industry! I have never in my years in this industry have been treated so bad coming into any dispensaries around the are and the world !

I am a budtender in the Portland area on a visit to Seattle. I’ve been here once before my last trip. The bud is awesome, the bud tender and staff are awesome and they offered me an industry discount. It’s the only shop I’ve been to in the area, but there’s really no reason to go anywhere else for me, as it’s extremely convenient as well. Top knotch shop! Thank you :)

Every other shop in Seattle is cheaper. The prices here are set for tourists. There are always addicts hanging out right outside. Not the case at every other shop in Seattle. The flower isn't any better or worse than anyone else. The budtenders don't understand the edibles at all and appear to be introduced to the products at the same moment I asked about it. They are not trained to say when applicable, "I don't know about this let me find someone that does." The atmosphere is dark uninviting and seedy. A very bad look for the cannabis movement as it's the closest cannabis store to Pike Place Market. Not a good image for the cause. Changed their name twice in the past year.
