Jarrod, Cici and David are pleasant, professional, quick and informative. I had the best experience today at Have A Heart Cincy. Donovan took care of me today and he was Very Informative and helped me pick out some really good concentrates. I would certainly recommend checking this place out. Great atmosphere

Hello , I have been coming to Have a Heart since June . I've had many great experiences, but today surpassed the others. Lindon helped me this afternoon and was so personable, attentive, knowledgeable , empathetic ! He spent a lot of time listening to my reasons for consuming cannabis, and was able to recommend four strands for me . I left 21 dollars under my budget, with probably two months' supply ! I am so grateful for the customer service and warmth I received while working with Lindon.
