this shop is by far my favorite. all of there employees are super nice and know a lot about the products they carry and sell. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends.

I’ve been going to this Have a Heart for 2 years now and i Love it EVERY time I’m always greeted by big happy guys that for great at their jobs, and also are welcoming and have even been helpful with different product information. The products are displayed perfect very bright and arranged so I am able to get a clear view. Sometimes the wait is a minute but that’s only because the bud tenders are doing a great job at answering any questions and helping customers find the products they will enjoy. I always leave there with a smile. And I am always happy with what I buy.

Conveniently located on MLK just off of I-5. Friendly staff. Bright showroom. Lots of options. I've been there lots, and I've been happy with everything I've bought there. Just be careful getting out of the parking lot if you're going back north on MLK.

Positive vibes and very helpful

Place seemed ok until I needed to return a concentrate for my vape pen. Being well aware of the strict requirements, I had all of the packaging and receipt. First the lady at the counter tried to say I already got enough out of it (mind you half of it was left when it stopped working). When I challenged that, she mumbled something and walked off. She came back and chastised me for making her call hey boss and getting her in trouble. I'm not sure what trouble she was going to get in, but I didn't appreciate the attitude nor her insinuating I was trying to get something for free after having half of the product. There are too many shops to put up with poor service like this.

It really depends who's working. Today I just left without purchasing because I couldn't get any help with product selection. Sadly I told them I'll go elsewhere. I easily spend $100 as a medial patient. I don't need special service I just wanted to take a look at the new cbd products that's all.

Super friendly staff that goes out of their way to help when needed. A good selection of CBD products which is nice to see in a "recreational" store. Discounts for medical patients.

Everyone I've dealt with have all been very nice ppl. Originally started coming to have a Heart for their platinum kush about a month ago. I'm writing on the experience I had a few days ago when I grabbed pink cookies, in general everything was good but when I asked questions I didn't get responses I was looking for all I got was it's good or ya it taste good. I like the store just haven't been impressed on the "answer any questions you might have and to help you find the best product for your needs" part. I know what I'm looking for I just need better flavor profile description, describe how the onset is, describe the texture to me, get the smell to my nose without opening the package. Other than that everything has alwAys been top service and friendly ppl at all locations especially the greenwood location .
