I had a good pick up experience with some nice new staff. My previous two experiences were not good. Employees were arguing, and I was deleted accidentally from the in line cue. This visit, I saw all new faces, some fresh product, and was in and out in a flash. Thanks HFL for addressing past issues.

Online order for pickup was ready in less than 30 minutes. Observant budtender saved me extra $ on my first order. Friendly fast competent.

I would have to say out of only the five or six dispensaries that I have gone to so far all of them have been pretty good visits. The exception is my last visit to health for life I purchased nothing large but in regards to the flower that I did purchase there's no way that the harvest date on those stickers were correct. This was the driest crumbliest dustiest garbage I've purchased from any dispensary. Out of the five for 6 that I have visited, this is also probably one of the cleanest and well-kept. The staff is usually friendly and have a sense of humor and know the product. I think i will make my purchases differently now. I used to use Leafly pick up. Going forward I won't be using any Leafly pickup, I feel that if I hadn't used Leafly I would have gotten a better product. I would have been able to see smell and feel that actual product instead of going by written descriptions having feedback as to the actual quality of the actual product.

Deals have been getting worse, they are always out of the deal items and normal stock. Used to love coming here, now all the dispensaries in the area are having this problem. Definitely not renewing my medical card if this keeps up.

The best product from top shelf all the way down to the black label stuff. This place is amazing and the deals and point system they have is amazing… I love this dispensary and the employees who help you with your needs.

So they were able to fix my issue with a purchase I made there recently. Then manager was so helpful and generally concerned and did everything within her reach to make it right. This is why I will keep coming back. Thank you.

Please remind customers of the current sales, to help them save money. Frustrating to get home n realize you could have gotten a BOGO for the same price of what you spent.
