Health for Life - Ellsworth

I use to love coming here. And I preferred this place over the other dispensaries in the area. Since Marijuana is rec now this place is a shit hole. It is ALWAYS busy. A line out the door and down the street some days.The phone number listed is bullshit. They never answer and the voice-mail is always full. If I have a question I have to drive down there and wait in a line for 20+ minutes. No thank you. It was never like this before rec. The Bud tenders actually liked educating you if you had a question! And someone actually answered the phone. The last few times I have made an online order, I went in and waited in this long ass line to have the lady at the window tell me they don't have an order for me. I show her my confirmation email and she completely disregards it. Then tells me to get into the back of the line so I can be called to the back. I ordered online for a reason. So I didn't have to go into the back...and it is supposed to be "EXPRESS" Hire more Bud Tenders and advertise a working phone number!

Health for Life Ellsworth is one of about four dispensaries I use regularly. These other dispensaries often have a wider selection and better "get you in the door" deals than Health for Life Ellsworth does. I, however, prefer Health for Life Ellsworth because of the friendly and helpful staff and the general "we want to help you" vibe of the store. Of all the dispensaries I go to, the staff at Health for Life Ellsworth has been the most friendly and helpful, especially toward new or inexperienced customers. For new or inexperienced customers, or for non-social individuals such as myself, I recommend asking for Jena. She has warmly and knowledgeably steered me toward products that offered me a better experience and relief on at least two occasions. Bottom line- I don't like people, I don't like being in public, I hate shopping; but I actually enjoy shopping at Health for Life Ellsworth. Even their security guards go out of their way to be helpful and nice. Shopping at the store makes me feel better.

Super sad! I usually have such a great experience here! I recently purchased 4 black label cartridges (online order). When I went to open one I noticed the mouth pieces was off and all the oil/wax spilled into the packaging. I’ve been trying to call for a day or two but no one will answer. I know it’s final sale but I was at least hoping to talk to some one about the problem. I’ll still be going here I love the people just super sad I lost out on a cartridge I paid for.

Today the sense of urgency was not there. First guy I'm line was asking the girl checking in to go and get him additional product from the back instead of keeping with policy as stated on the wall that any additions to order need to see a budtender. He held up the line and other customers were getting upset also. Then she had to go get change which held everybody up even more. There were people in the lobby that went back and still left before will call people. In my opinion that is backwards. Will call should be in and out.

Front area was clean, they were playing Alice in Chains, which is a solid plus. I was quickly greeted and taken care of. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

not "knowledgeable". not at all. I asked the guy if the banana kush tastes like bananas. He tells me, "yes". I come home and find out the banana kush cartridge just tastes like the OG kush cartridge except more watered down. terrible wisdom and not too brainy.

H4L is the place to go for some great Green Crack. Always love there buy 2 eighths get one free. So far have not been disappointed.

It truly saddens me that you say you are here to help yet your donations are over $100 an ounce higher than several other dispensaries near by listed on Leafly. Either you are posting your own reviews, or these people giving you fives have never been to another dispensary before! Don't be fooled people. Don't throw away your money.

Love the meds and never have I been negatively greeted or felt out of place while interacting with the staff. Overall a great establishment, can't wait until I get there!
