extremely rude security guard , would not stop talking about his personal life and views. vulgar to any person in line. asking why they are a patient or rec. I left before I made it inside. recreation customers are treated like trash here.

I have been here more times than I can count. Some of the employees know me by name when I walk in. I was in there Tuesday and the cashier told me the concentrates were NOT on sale, buy 2 get 1 although I have an email that says otherwise. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. It’s super frustrating to go in there to buy something specially because it’s on sale and then told it’s not on sale. Get it together H4L.

honestly the quality is not too bad if you find the right bud but the staff is never friendly and not willing to show the product. I also only get 5% off of veteran discount which doesn't pay tax and I can get 15% with no taxes elsewhere.... will not be shopping here again

I have called several times during business hours and no one is taking my call or putting me on hold. This is my cheap option but if I can't even make an order then I have to go somewhere else.

I normally.love this location and usually have nothing to complain about. however it is very dissappointing to see that you have a special on your way tiers, but you didn't buy any new stock for the special today. so in your bottom tier you advertise Soo much, you only have two indica strains and nothing else but your selling five for $85. very very few people are gonna buy five grams of indica. it's just unfortunate that I waited all week specifically for this special, only to be disappointed because y'all didn't get more stock. now instead of going to you for my sale today, I'm going to go elsewhere and look for another great deal like I would have gotten today from you. it saddens me because honestly I prefer to purchase from you.

Been coming here for many years and I just placed my first pickup order this past Friday and I had a. great interaction with everyone, I was even short a few bucks for my order and almost had to lower the quantity I was getting but they guy helping me(Greg I think) covered the extra I was short and saved me from losing out on the deal. My favorite dispenserary, will always come back
