great place. super friendly and knowledgeable staff. really like the "deli" style layout, and can't beat having your flower measured in front of you. top notch meds, great experience, will definitely go back!

i loved health for life but once they dropped their prices their quality of the flower dropped as well. great people and atmosphere just bummed about the bad flower. bring back the good buds!

I love love love this place. Every single time I go in, I'm met with a professional and knowledgeable bud tender. They listen to my needs and direct me to good medicinal choices for my ailments. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else. Ever! Great hours. Great staff. Love it!

in this difficult time they have been extremely unprofessional I hope this virus spells the end for this location because they've definitely lost my business for good I'm certain of that. The only thing they had going was their products where cheap so oh well time for an upgrade.

They have you sign up for there rewards program but don’t stock any of the rewards.it’s a scam.by far one of the worst set up rewards programs in the valley. Used to be my go to dispensary. But lately they have been sub par

So you guys don’t answer your phones all day and also don’t fill leafly orders even if they’re put in 3 hours before you close. Great service guys. I understand things are rough right now but if you’re not going to fill the order, CANCEL IT, literally waited all day for my stuff to be confirmed, you close for the day and I’m still waiting for a confirmation. It’s just super frustrating when it’s down to only phone orders and leafly orders and you don’t answer either for the whole day. 2 days in a row with no meds cause you guys don’t answer or don’t cancel my order, so I stay waiting all day for meds and now I can’t get them cause you didn’t check the leafly or at least cancel the leafly so I know to order from a different dispensary that will actually answer their phones.

This WAS my very favorite dispensary in Mesa; especially after opening this new location; product layout/display is much better than most places I've been; MOST staff there are awesome--that being said had one bad experience with a budtender who made a financial math error on the transaction, was rude, nasty and down right mean to me because she couldn't figure out that she made the mistake; I ended up crying and shaking all the way home because she got me so upset, so now I am AFRAID and uncomfortable going back in there in case she is working. I called mgr, who apologized profusely and was very understanding; unfortunately, I'm too worried about running into her again--not sure if she was fired or not--and I'd rather not see her again. I may still use this location, but may just have to resort to online shopping and pickup; sad that I'm not comfortable browsing in the store anymore. Patients are here for a reason--which can include many, many illnesses--including anxiety, depression or other mental diseases--plus many diseases (like mine)cover a huge spectrum of symptoms including physical, psychological and mental symptoms. I don't need to be verbally abused by a budtender who made a mistake and refused to accept it---her drawer would have been off (and still was when all was said and done) and I'm sure that's a big deal in this business.

Got the rebel cookies cause the app said the thc% was like 25 but this is probably the weakest hybrid I've ever purchased from a dispensary plus the customer service was terrible, i got a free cartridge and i asked to trade it cause i don't vape, they said i couldn't so i choose 1 of 3, specifically ask if the 1 i picked was in the bag. after getting down the street i realize i have the wrong cart so i turned around to trade for the cart for the 1 i picked and was reassured i had. after getting a lecture about how i can't give the cart to someone that actually has a pen i get the correct order. never again heath for life!

I used to love this place for the most part, but the service has just become trash at this point. This is, unfortunately, the second bad review in a row. I ordered on Supurb this time (because online orders are no longer recognized and they make you stand in line anyway, while walk-ins go ahead of you) and the service is still terrible. I got a notification that my order was on the way over an hour ago, THEN a second message 30 minutes later that said it was on the way AGAIN. I called, only to find out an hour later that my order had JUST LEFT.... then why am I getting 2 messages an hour before saying it was already on the way??? How is this acceptable? Card holders/LOYAL CUSTOMERS are being side lined and treated like trash. Truly unhappy with this location at this point. Really sad, consodering how long I've been a loyal CARD CARRYING customer.

They seem to be using Covid 19 as an excuse to abandon all traces of good customer service. The security guard at the door may be the most rude individual I have ever encountered in a business setting. They have lost this customer FOR LIFE.

Best dispensary in mesa, convenient af with great strains, good prices and great selection, everything from balms to buds to lotions to edibles, pipes bongs dab rigs this place is the shit everything you need is at health4life 10 stars all day everyday

I will never visit this location again..Made an online order,got message saying items were ready to be picked up and upon arrival i had a 45 minute wait with only 5 people ahead of me..Security seemed as he was lost calling me three times when dispensary wasnt ready for me and then they forgot to place an item in my bag and,now,i have to drive 20 miles out of my way to get it on a Monday when I am in the area on the weekends..VERY DISAPPOINTED AS THIS WAS THE ONLY TIME I HAD BAD SERVICE AT "ANY" SHOP...THANKS BUT NO THANKS

Not to name any names...but I will say initials lol...but E.G.C. sell Health for Life's very own in house brand MPX concentrates for $25 a gram every day compared to $45 a gram that H4L charges....kinda strange. So today they decide to have a sale 3g of shatter for $75....cool...so I thought. You can't call in your order like every other item because it's on sale......W.T.F. Is that. Basically what I took from it is that you expect your customers to drop what they are doing when they get a text from you about a sale if you want to guarantee that you taking the time to drive there will produce what you as a customer set out to get....what a joke. You just lost a loyal customer-_-

I've been coming here for years. the people are great, the product is consistent; after trying many dispensaries, this became my home dispensary for years even though it's not the closest to home. I hope they stay loyal to us patients who need it, and prioritize us. There is enough revenue in the game to open public dispensaries but also maintain patient exclusive sites that offer the deals I have loved for years.

made a Leafly order, got the pickup notify. drove over, checked in. then nothing. after I finally inquired, was told "we don't have any order for you". they let me leave. leave. customer. not asking " what did you need? how can I help?" crickets. came back after placing another order and they still didn't even say sorry for the trouble. smh.

so just like every one els I was excited about 20% off witch was cool and all and I got some GDP ( was not purple and did not do it for me) but I smoked it non the less and returned about a week later just because I live so close ... I got an eighth of bubba kush and an eighth of Disney OG . the Disney was so small o guess it was dense ... and the bubba ... had 13 seeds in the bag and I was still charged top shelf 110 quarter price .. no free pre roll or any thing and I called and spoke to manager and he said they " can not assure there will not be seeds and they never have seen seeds in the bubba" so my quad magicly got pollinated .... get it together and grow some quality meds or at least credit me the dif. from a top shelf to mid twards my next order but no.. nothing at all... not a free pre roll or any thing. I have never seen that kinda thing with the seeds sense reggies in highschool. gl

Nice place but never worth the 45 min wait because they only have 2 sales people total. Happens every time I try to go. Faster to drive to crimson then wait here
