Really low-grade flower. not one flower in all different brands tested 20% and under most around 15%. Your shop is starting to become not a source for medical quality marijuana for many people, no hate just sharing what I'm seeing as a Layal customer. Weres the Alien OG, Wedding Cake, GSC were these strains go at the 85$ oz that test well over 20%. Now if you purchase Mendo Purps your overpaying and can pick that up for 55 an oz so your deff overpaying if you're buying the 85$ oz testing around 15% average, Not a deal and its clear so why the change? Other don't care and leave I'm reaching out to you guys and seeing if you might change but if not then I'll be moving on. Sending good vibes your way and maybe you will start to see a change.
Quality of product has gone way down!! People that work here now are very rude and unhelpful. Refused to buy the swag they were trying to sell today. I will take my business somewhere else from now on.
So first time there, we have to order ahead, no biggie. I go to check out after filling my information out as you do for a first time patient. And it occurs to me that I was supposed to get a free eighth, well the guy that took my order cops an attitude "I should have put it in my online order" didn't see it dude. Then the guy goes indica sativa or hybrid, didn't even let me pick the strain and 2 bowels in, nothing. I think he gave me cbd only weed. Wth. I need someone to give me a call on this, it is ridiculous.
The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and manage their lines well. Whether picking up an online order or going to the back, I never have to wait long. They also have great patient specials and fair prices. I highly recommend this dispensary to anyone!
I love everything about h4l. I may visit other establishments once or twice a year. I'd rather shop h4l than shopping for specials at other locations.

Awesome dispensary with great service. MPX is super fire and even the $30 grams are amazing! I always shop at this H4L but the other ones are equally as great. McDowell just has more options for MPX since they produce it on site.

every single person there to serve you is legit n dope as they come. They know there shit, take care of you n they all make u feel welcome. Personally I live a mile away, its my go to spot. Not once have they disappointed me.

Need to get the something to keep the weed fresh. Got an oz of yuzu euphoria and it is dry as sh*t. Again reminds me why I drive 30-40 min for nirvana. Fresh weed even when it’s packaged 10/22/22 lol
