Herb never fails to please. They are very attentive and the customer service is great from the drivers to the people calling to confirm your order. They have a very good variety of products and all great quality too. I have recommended this service to my friends and some still use to till this day.

I've used HERB for delivery services for a few months now and love their service. Unfortunately for me, I live just outside of their delivery radius, but I walk a few miles to a local Starbucks to meet the delivery driver for pickup. The drivers are always prompt, they provide you with a live update app that shows their location, and the customer service people are always friendly and engaging when I call in orders. I'd actively recommend anyone in the LA area use their services for their THC needs.

Great delivery service - the even called to indicate they were running slightly late due to increase demand during social distancing. Delivery person was polite, friendly and wearing protective gear - commendable and responsible behavior. Will definitely be using them again soon !

I have not gone to the actual store, but I have used their delivery services. Herb was very professional and timely! The packaging was very nice as the product comes in a nice rectangular box with the logo. They even gave me a lighter with my first order! Along with the box is a card that lists all the deals they have which was very helpful. The good flower brand I ordered was of great quality. I would definitely order from them again.
