This was my first time ordering from them. I ordered based on the positive reviews. The eta was 50 minutes, however, they called me an hour after I placed the order to cancel on me. Very disappointing since my order was for a last minute birthday gift. Now it’s too late to find any other delivery service, they could have called me sooner before they closed most places around here. I should have gone with a different company. I’d say don’t order during PM hours if you don’t want to end up being disappointed and with nowhere else to go. I’ll never order from them again.

I had just turned 21 and decided to order delivery. The delivery man (i forgot his name!) was very polite and very patient!! I’ll definitely come back again!

The guys at Herb are always friendly, helpful and knowledgable when we've called. Delivery is usually fast and efficient. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I've used HERB for delivery services for a few months now and love their service. Unfortunately for me, I live just outside of their delivery radius, but I walk a few miles to a local Starbucks to meet the delivery driver for pickup. The drivers are always prompt, they provide you with a live update app that shows their location, and the customer service people are always friendly and engaging when I call in orders. I'd actively recommend anyone in the LA area use their services for their THC needs.
