Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

Good morning, I placed an online order yesterday at around 11am. I called in after not receiving any type of text and was told that the online ordering system was 500 orders behind! I was told that it would be better that I show up as a walk in. I waited until after work and headed to the west valley office an arrived there at about 6:30. The line was around the building all through the courtyard. I walked in to the office and asked about my online order since that line had about 10 people! I was told my order was behind hundreds of online orders. I decided to leave and wait for my text which I did receive until 10! When the office was closed. So sad

I've been 3 times and every time it's a horrible experience. Very unorganized and not friendly...like noone

They constantly lie about the percentage of THC in their own weed to get it sold. Don't believe what they say on Leafly check the weed yourself. Trust me you'll be disappointed going here.

Everybody's kool. The atmosphere is always chill with a different vibe which is a nice complement to my high. The young cute bud tender that helped me this am was very nice. Great Bud...Great Customer Service...Great dispensary!!!

Every time I order about 2 hrs later they say your order has been cancelled. So obviously they give your product to another buyer and expect you to pick something else. Plus they weed is not that good. Most of it taste like reggie. I will not be going back no time soon. And don't try to contact them after they ask u to. I think it's set on leave a message but they will never return your call.

I'm a frequent shopper here. It's very close to home for me, but I would go out of my way to shop here even if it wasn't. Great deals, especially lately, when everything/everywhere else is raising prices! I picked up some Grape Cake Head flower today and it knocked me out! I smoke a lot of flower so this doesn't happen too often for me anymore. Thank you for the excellent customer service today, Billy. Every budtender I've had here has been awesome!

This place is a joke! 1. Buds are under cured, every strain I've had tastes like green beans. Quit rushing product to shelf and let it develop more flavor 👍 2. Customer service is ridiculous, bud tenders are quick to rush you out the door "what do you want" is the last way to great a customer when this is a service driven industry. What if I didn't know anything about your product and wanted some expert advice? Definitely not getting it here! If your wise you'll steer clear 👌

Very fair price on everything on the menu! It's always busy and parking is very limited but you guys do a great job getting patients in and out. I'll be back :)

Even though I went about a month ago, I was still compelled to come to this site and leave a great review for this place. They deserve it. It was a pretty dope experience for my first time. In the waiting area I was educated on how extracts, wax, and shatter are manufactured from a video they were showing. I didn't know much about that stuff before. When they called me back I was greeted by Eli. Way cool dude. Offered me a tour which I willingly obliged. When we got down business I had a really refreshing buying experience. I felt Eli was pretty straight up with me about everything I asked. He wasn't shy about telling me which product he preferred over the other and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. The product he sold me lived up to my expectation based on our discussion. Often times I don't feel I can get a straight answer from budtenders because they're try to push a certain product. This experience wasn't like that. I patronize a few other dispensaries. Each one has their draw. When I want the best advice to find the best product for my current mood. I'll go here.

They really do take care of people here. so informative they know the difference between products not like other dispensarys. I really enjoyed learning about there cbd products. thank you rosie for helping me and giving me great info on what I needed.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries. They have a friendly knowledgeable staff. Prices are very competitive and they always have great specials going on whether you’re looking for flower, concentrates or edibles. I would definitely recommend!

the products and deals they run here are great. However the quality of service is slowly declining, at one point you can come and they would attend you fast. Now its a minimum 30 min wait. I did a leafly order and got a text from them that my order was ready and yet I still needed to wait 30 min. I asked one of the receptionist how many people ahead and replied that there are other people ahead of me and to be patient with an attitude. I would recommend this place to people for the quality products they have but if you have something planned out i would suggest going somewhere else.

Just find another place to go to. They never have my pre-order, hard to talk to anyone.
