Herbal Welness is the place to be when looking for quality. If you want the best of the best you come here. They have the best one on one customer service. This was my third visit and this time Antonio Trinidad lived up to Herbal Welness expedition. Which is being exceptional at what you do. He explained this new rig to me (the distilled Vapen pen) which help me get more for my money and stop wasting so much. And after using it I realized he was right about the quality and the quanity needed. Antonio thank you for your service. I hope you all get the recognition you deserve.

This location is the best I enjoy myself every time I go there the staff is so freaking awesome I just don't go in a buy I have to talk and get hugs from everyone they are truly my new adopted family

Great new dispensary for Oakland's Uptown district! I love that they lab test all meds and have a wide variety of beautiful high grade flowers with high %'s!! Great, kind and educated staff with easy parking and high quality security. Lots of concentrates and pen supplies too....I now have a new Favorite Dispensary!! Especially love the Confidential Cheese....Yum Yum!

Who sells 60$ eighths? A dispensary that doesn't have "real" super meds n thinks dey can tax on certain strains, truth is ur bud looks amazing but smokes like dirt, true conisueers can taste that ur bud is very synthetic, not cured well and taste like nutrients, but for those lookin for a high similar to spice lol hwc is the place for u

I don't like the wait. And how easily they mess your order up. Won't take accountability to correct the mistake their staff made. Was told online orders are 3hrs behind!!! How the hell does this happen? Seriously. Great weed or not. Very poor staffing.

I honestly don't even know why I waste my time coming here, only been twice and each time I put in an online order. Waited 40 minutes to be called back, the prices r ok definitely don't have enough to pick from in my opinion. I thought the whole point in doing an order ahead of defeats the purpose of waiting over 10 minutes, if I wanted to wait that long I would have just walked in. I won't be coming back here at all, and I most definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else to go neither.

Way way too long wait time for not even that great product. vapen has fallen all the way off, vapen is a low grade concentrate for ever other dispensary in az. I was in line but I can't wait that long..Crazy. never waited like this at any other dispensary. just left and walked in to superior and got a gram of drip distillate for 39. taste and super 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Very long wait times, disorganized lines (saw multiples come after and go in before - am medical walk in). Tried to plan out a trip but their deals going through 2/5 ended up leaving overnight so that's cool too.

Great place, but dont bother ordering online.. just waited 35 mins to pick it up after being told it was ready, while new customers were being taken in before me.

Great service. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend to any other weed smoker. Hannah shiley Was my bud tender and she did a phenomenal job of getting me my meds and making me want to come back there again to give herbal my business!

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DISPENSARY AGAIN . Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had With A Bud Tender . Very Unprofessional. I Had Came In Around 925PM To Pick Up My Online Order And They Told Me They Put My Order Away , So I Continued to The Back And Isaac Was there . He Was dead silent With Me . So When I Tried To Break The Ice, He Greeted Me With His Greatly Rude attitude . SO I Continued With My Order And Had Asked What I Wanted So I Told Him I Had 4 Fulls And A half and an Edible . So He Continued To Be Rude And Told Me To “Hurry Up And Look At The Menu And Tell Me What You Want “ . If He Don’t Like Working In A “Socially Friendly “ Medical Dispensary He Shouldn’t Be Working Around People . Some Kind Of Disciplinary Action Is Needed There . He Also Made It To Where I Cannot Order There Online . I Need Help ASAP. Management Please Contact Me Anout This Situation.

I’ve been coming to this dispensary for years and it’s always a good experience but today was very frustrating I went on Leafly hours ago and it said you guys were open until 10 so I try to put in a pick up order and it said I couldn’t place an order! It didn’t give me a reason why so I drove up there only to be told by security that they stopped taking orders at 5:30 even though I tried placing my order hours before! I tried calling you guys hours before this time but y’all don’t answer your phones! How was I supposed to know y’all stop taking orders at 5:30 if you never answer your phones or put a notice about it on Leafly or change your hours on Leafly or anything?!
