Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

I don't work for these guys and this review is based on my first visit. The interior was clean and modern looking.The process to get to the med counter was easy. Large selection of top shelf flowers. Chill atmosphere. I knew what their pricing was by checking Leafly before going. Between the specials, discounts and freebies I got a lot of value for money spent. Is this place better or worse than the place you like, who knows, but take advantage of the grand opening specials and see what a little money will get you. The Tahoe 4X4 is some very potent indica.

I really loved person at the check in center, Laura. She was super sweet and helpful :)

Easy check-in, nice people, wonderful bud tender but no more masks make for a lame atmosphere. HWC is a top-fave of mine, but our city is suffering from community spread of COVID-19, and I’m uncomfortable receiving medication in an atmosphere where it seems public health is an inconvenience.

Do not! Absolutely do not waste your morning at this place. Waiting in line for 30 mins before opening, I was 6th in line so I was asked to go in the other building and just wait next. The rest of the line goes inside the now open building I go to the front and the dude tells me no bro- you go to the back of the line. Literally every damn person in this line in front of me came after me!! W t f! Even a few people in line we’re like yea he was next. - trash employee - “sorry bro that’s how it is”

usually love it but incredibly disappointed that I ordered ahead ,suggested to come back and seems like same wait time and aggregated..

something is wrong with the management here. not very organized

The ladies at the front window didn't acknowledge me when I walked up not a hi or anything they were just rude. The people in the back were real nice tho they definitely need to get rid of the rudeness you get when you first walk in the door that's not something I want to come back to.

Glad y’all have the online area open but I guess us online people don’t get the deals cause I like y’all member preroll but I sure did not get one when I just spent 140$ not even 30 mins ago

This place is a joke! 1. Buds are under cured, every strain I've had tastes like green beans. Quit rushing product to shelf and let it develop more flavor 👍 2. Customer service is ridiculous, bud tenders are quick to rush you out the door "what do you want" is the last way to great a customer when this is a service driven industry. What if I didn't know anything about your product and wanted some expert advice? Definitely not getting it here! If your wise you'll steer clear 👌

Tried to call to ask about a deal and I’m a disabled Vet and am hard of hearing a little and I had to ask again because i didn’t here her. When I proceeded to ask again she flipped out yelled and said “ ya! Like I said!” Wow. I thought. She was rude and disrespectful for no reason. This dispensary needs to give classes to there employees how to show good customer service. Good thing I called and didn’t waste my gas. Yikes!

So I come here all the time best dispensary in Arizona for years now, buy a ounce of desert storm most wackest strain ever!!! So I come the next day buys couple eighths of another strain and it was garbage!! Obviously don't care about quality anymore, time to find a new dispensary

Even though I went about a month ago, I was still compelled to come to this site and leave a great review for this place. They deserve it. It was a pretty dope experience for my first time. In the waiting area I was educated on how extracts, wax, and shatter are manufactured from a video they were showing. I didn't know much about that stuff before. When they called me back I was greeted by Eli. Way cool dude. Offered me a tour which I willingly obliged. When we got down business I had a really refreshing buying experience. I felt Eli was pretty straight up with me about everything I asked. He wasn't shy about telling me which product he preferred over the other and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. The product he sold me lived up to my expectation based on our discussion. Often times I don't feel I can get a straight answer from budtenders because they're try to push a certain product. This experience wasn't like that. I patronize a few other dispensaries. Each one has their draw. When I want the best advice to find the best product for my current mood. I'll go here.

I have been trying to get the oz deal for a while now and when i finally successfully put it in my cart and waiting for my pickup message, they reply that my order is canceled 😭

HWC has low quality concentrates that taste like fish. Lately the wait has been too long and their inventory is lacking. The budtenders need to keep their masks over their noses. The waiting area is too loud as well. The only reason I keep coming back is because the RSO is cheap and potent.

Hate the place. The receptionist is rude as Hell (the female) and the bud tenders treat patients like idiots. I bought gelato and the VERY NEXT DAY it was on sale for less than half price. just lame as Hell. Unfortunately, one of the only places with cactus og otherwise I'd never visit here again.

Every time...too moist! Adjust the machine already! Amazing strains, great service. Too tough to bring back meds for refund. I have to wait a day or 2 after purchasing to get It right. Tried several strains on several occasions. I'll wait until I hear that machine is gone/adjusted before I return.

I used to love this dispensary. Today was the WORST experience I have ever had at a dispensary. I’ve been coming to this place for a year or two. And I’ve visited numerous dispensaries in four states for many years. If I knew I would be giving up 6 hours of my Sunday to get some weed, I would have gone somewhere else. I literally had to physically wait at your facility for over four hours. It took three hours from the time I ordered for you to have my order “ready for pickup”. When I go to the desk to pick it up, I had to wait another hour an 10 minutes to actually be able to meet with the bud tender, pay, and get out. What a nightmare! I think I’ll find a place that gets me in and out in ten minutes next time... especially during triple digit heat during a pandemic!

Horrible service their preorder line makes no sense the still make u wait with the regular wait line what the use of preorder and to still wait the regular line staff highly rude lazy service is slow I try to avoid this dispensary even tho it’s the closes too me. After this visit I will never come back to this dispensary

I called for a preorder and the attendant answered and hung up mid conversation. Good place, maybe have a talk with your front desk?

Everyone who works there is great. Every time I go they make me laugh all the time even if I had a Bad day and there product never disappoints so I highly recommend for you guys to go there

I walked in and it was empty and quick, was greeted by front desk clerk's as always.. as i was called back I was walking into other building and I seen a man in wheel chair struggling so I waited and held door open am noticed he was having trouble getting in so I helped him into clinic, the front desk check seen me helping him and said thanks.. as I was checking out the check handed something to my budtender Devin, he threw me a free preroll. I said you guys giving free pre rolls today??? he said no, he said acts of kindness go a long way this for helping out the older gentlemen.. I was like wow made me feel some type of way in good way, shot out to Devin my budtender definitely be back... keep up the good work guys

do not go on Sundays. They be slow. watch for bait and switch. leafly says one thing, ordering it says something else and the papers at the counter match nothing.
