Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

I'm tryna figure out what happen to all the real good medication this place use to carry. It looks fire but theres no fire smell or taste. Same with the concentrates.

Great flower and prices, but misleading advertising and the sales guy I worked was just trying to rush me through.

It was the first bad experience I've had there. i bought a cartridge last Friday. actually 3 to be exact (for the while week).i opened it today at 5am when i went to work. when i got out it had leaked all over my backpack and my battery. i called at 5pm when i got off work and explained the situation. they asked me to come down. i show up with the cartridge still in the battery plus the original packaging. the supervisor takes it and comes back and says theres nothing she can do for me. said i may have kept it too hot or dropped it even suggested i stepped on it. when i explained she said to me quote "we cant trust everyone in the cannibus world. it doesnt work that way." For the amount of money i have spent in there and never complained about anything and have been a good customer. ive never been treated so much like i dont matter. so im sorry but me and my friends will not be going there again. Iber a 24 dollar cartridge. That's what a customer is worth here apparently.

Tried their vapen cartridges and was highly disappointed. I thought the healing alchemist made these? I guess there is a reason they were selling them for 40 when the website says their "extra strength was 99. I got the tangerine which was "extra strength" their budtender even compared with their so-called holy water. It tasted like plastic, just like the o.pens, i hate that and it didnt medicate at all after 10+ pulls. I had to stop because I couldn't take the chemical flavor. I guess ill stick with the shatter from @hwc 😟

Listen guys I've gone to all different shops far and wide across the valley and this is either 1 or 2 best for flower (depends on the batch) always consistent always knowledgeable, great concentrates, very clean, great staff... all I have to say is be prepared for a wait it can get BUSY! But it's for a good reason!

The atmosphere is very professional and clean. They ask on the form what symptoms you are trying to treat and had very interesting and informative cannabis documentaries playing to watch while you wait for your budtender. My budtender was Daniel and i have to say he has been the kindest and most helpful budtender i have had to date. His recommendations were on point and even though i only had a small amount to donate today he made sure i went home with a good amount of high quality medicine. Thank you HWC i will definitely be back!

So where on their site does it say you can only order online if medical? Nowhere, we've been looking and looking. I placed an order now for pick up because this location is 45 mins from my house and the only dispensary that carries the one and only strain I use. I ordered and they canceled and no one answers the phone. Not driving all the way out there to be turned away.
