The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly and willing to answer any questions without making a person feel rushed I love this location and and am grateful that they opened in Minot

Customer service is exceptional. Building is very clean and open. They make you feel completely comfortable and homey as soon as you walk in the door. Megan is especially personable and helpful with an awesome energy to her. Love going here.

Customer Service is always exceptional, one on one & personal. The employees are the absolute best by far in any dispensary I've been in, rather in ND, CA or OR. Selection of strains or products isn't near what I've found in other states. But I'm reassured it'll get there soon. The prices are equal to street prices but astronomically poor by other states dispensaries. For instance, in Oregon I could get an eighth ounce for $20 of really good bud. Ounces for $90. In ND it's $60 an eighth minus personal discounts or promotions. Get Herbology well stocked with different strains & products & with their staff it'll be a fantastic experience. They get to know you, your preferences & likes & dislikes giving you the best customer service in the retail industry. I highly recommend this place.

This is by far the best dispensary I have ever been to! All the employees are absolutely wonderful and are very informative! They will take their time to help pick out the perfect medicine for every patient! Awesome job everybody!!!

Talked to Clover and she was very knowledgeable and nice. Also patient as I couldn't make up my mind. The guy next to her (didn't get his name) was the same. Great place to go.

I Love the friendly staff, Megan, Matt and all the rest. Aundrea is my favorite as she always has a friendly smile and she coached me through all the different products when I was new and she always keeps me up to date. Thanks to all of the staff for making this a special experience every time I come which is a few times a week.

I am regular patient and staff at minot herbology go above and beyond to help me learn about different strains and concentrates . Most times I am there I usually am assisted by clover or aundrea who are awesome in assisting my complicated medical situation and suggesting which form of THC or concentrate is best for me .
