I love it at herbology!!

Since having my card I've only ever been to two different dispensaries, both Herbology. One in KOP and this one. Of the two, distance not being a factor, I prefer this one. Staff is friendlier and more willing to help you find what you need. As long as their selection stays large a varied, I don't see me going anywhere else.

Everytime I go in its a super quick process and all the employees are friendly and nice to talk to. I really like the point system to its a great incentive to come back. I recommend this dispensary to all my friends.

This is the most expensive dispensary in the state as far as im aware. Also, if you have stuff to do, don't go there because they make you sit and get skipped by people behind you, multiple people this has happened multiple times and dates to the point where I will NOT step foot in there again. Lazy ass workers don't care either.

Big selection. Deals. Kick ass service. Knowledgeable crew.

Top notch dispensary very friendly staff

Staff is great and very nice and knowledgeable, do a good job of making sure varietys of products are available at different times for people on different schedules. Moves pretty quickly even when busy.

Service is great. Only downside is that it gets very loud and hard to hear when multiple people talking. The room acoustics would be great to play a concert tho.

love this location!!!! staff is knowledgeable very friendly and laid back and listens to the needs of their patients..... i have been here twice and now making plans to visit every month at least once... both times i have gone off recommendations of staff and im very happy i have. thank you to everyone at herbology for making these trips worth looking forward to. ive yried another place and was not happy with how i was treated so you guys definately take the cake for the 2 closest places to me........ only thing i wish is that there was more choices on flower and hybrids... most products have a vast array(hybrid sativa indica and strains) except when it comes to flower... most flower i have seen on the menu is either or and all hybrids sell out quick

I absolutely LOVED the staff. Each member is extremely respectful and knowledgeable, and quite frankly this is hard to find in the industry. I have never had an issue with being given the wrong product or wrong strain information, in fact, I am finding much relief in the products offered to me! The patients of these staff members is amazing, and the products themselves are wonderful. I haven't had to ever wait long to receive my product (wait lines in other dispensaries are unorganized and keeps us waiting very long) It seems these people know how to keep people moving fast! I highly recommend coming to this dispensary if you want a great experience :)

I love Herbology in Lebanon,Pa.Everybody is so friendly and very helpful.I really dont think the prices are that bad,and I always earn points towards my next purchase.Molly was very helpful in explaining what I needed to know about my purchase .I will definately be returning.
