Herb house is great cuz there good selection, cute boys, and I can usually find a perking spot.

Happened to be fairly close by so I enjoyed the walk and found it pretty easy. The wait was kinda long as they only had one person taking orders but the staff was helpful in helping me decide what I wanted as they didn't have what I went in for but I was just as happy with my recommendation. The ladies were personable, knowledgable and helpful. I would go back.

A bit crowded but that will happen at a busy busy location! Always happy with whatever the budtender reccommends!

Cute little shop with pretty good selection of all products and prices. The budtender who helped me was helpful and knew about the products. Not much more I could ask for except for better prices but then again this is right inside seattle, I'll be honest I'm used to prices being slightly lower outside the city..

I am beyond disappointment. I purchased their sour diesel ice wax at $40 a gram only to find out that it was hard as a rock and unusable. I’ve been trying for weeks to resolve the issue, but they resorted to hanging up the phone with nothing else other than the shrug of a shoulder. Incredibly rude on the phone. Inconsiderate. Terrible customer service. I’m super bummed because the dude that originally helped me in the store was delightful. I don’t understand why they don’t just resolve the issue-make it right and move on. Instead, they just want me to move on, $40 out of pocket. Ugh. :(

best product and friendly and knowledgable staff. ask for the best and got it. unlike the other places i had been. as a "out of towner" i felt right at home, and even met a budtender from the east coast. who was amazing thank you I cant remember your name but the short haired new yorker that works there was very helpfull and made my trip the best vacation ever.

Best recreational shop in town. Feels homey not sketchy. Friendly ladies. Great product.

Herbs House is a gem among Seattle dispensaries. The staff provides phenomenal customer service and they have really succeeded in creating a relaxing, family friendly coffee shop environment. Anyone can stop by for some coffee or some fresh juice. They have a quaint selection of good quality meds and I love their topical selection. Great Ballard location. Very clean, professional, and inviting. There's absolutely nothing negative to say about this dispensary. I would recommend it to everyone.

Got a fatty G13 Haze pre-roll for only $8. Lasted me two smokes. Helpful staff, clear menu, cute place! I recommend!

Herb's House is my favorite dispensary in Seattle. Friendly and knowledgeable budtenders, products I love, and they fulfill their online orders quickly, but I still feel like I can ask for additional items without being rushed out the door.

Just stopped in to Herbs House for the first time today while out for a walk. I was pleasantly surprised. While their selection might not be as large as some of the larger shops, they have a great supply of quality goods, a super-friendly staff, and pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be going back!

More dispensaries should be set up like Herbs House. It's warm, inviting, clean, and staffed with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable individuals. As soon as you enter the establishment, you're greeted by a staff member and can order from their smoothie bar while you wait. Their lounge area is large yet cozy, and their mezzanine area where they keep their products is nice and intimate. I asked a few questions about their DBD pills and the staff was very helpful. They also handled each product with great care. I urge anyone in the Ballard area to check out Herbs House -- you don't want to miss this gem.

Friendly and helpful staff, homey atmosphere, good products, senior discount on already good prices! I don't think it gets better than this for me. A staff recommendation of a sativa tincture was appreciated, and continues so, with my usage.

Loved it! Super welcoming and straightforward

First time to this place and I was skeptical from some bad Yelp reviews I'd read. Have to say though that they have a great selection of CBD products, good prices, were super friendly and knowledgable. With all the big stores going in that feel like they are trying to be tourist destinations, and have staff that don't seem to know the products, I really like that this place is more small and homey. I'll definitely go back.

Bring your non-donating friends along in this trip because there is a nice café when you first arrive. The selection is smaller than most but it's quality. Very nice folks there, too.

To be honest, my experience was very good, but I paid far more than I should have for a pair of (I'll be it high quality) pre-rolls.

Love this place. Haven’t had a bad experience since first going four months ago. Everyone is hella knowledgeable and friendly, and more then happy to explain or answer questions. The atmosphere is chill and I’ve never felt rushed.
