I have been going to this store for over a year now. I am a medical patient and my card no longer scans which by the way is ridiculous and now today I was told I don't get to use my military discount because I am a dependent. Well after 30 years of marriage to my spouse I have endured many of hardships as a result of being a military spouse so if that is the case then I will not be back. I feel punished for being a military wife and a medical patient. Seems if your a recreational person then you don't have to worry about your card scanning just your driver's license. I find this to be a complete failure. I loved coming to your store and seeing the staff, but as of today's visit I'm not happy with the way things are done. Sorry to have to leave but it's not worth the hassle.

Like: The staff is always friendly and has a smile for you. They treat you as like you've known each other forever. They really know what they have, as well.

This review I would like to explain a little bit about how I do not like these .5 live resin KOR carts. They go soo fast and do not really compare to the other carts I've been using. Similar stats live or not do not recommend. There are much better options in my opinion. I thought the cart was disappearing into the coil or something. Lasted about half a day

I really enjoy the staffs willingness to have a conversation when I am waiting to be checked in and standing at the counter inside. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. I have had great experiences with the 1913 brand flower.

This dispensary makes the whole buying process extremely easy, and the people working there are so nice too, and explain everything that you have questions about. They don't rush you constantly like other dispensaries that I've visited did. I felt like this dispensary cares about their customers and they're there to ensure you get the best product for you. Quick and easy check in process. My Budtender was Chrystal, she was very polite and friendly during our interaction. Since it was my first time at Heya Wellness, Chrystal gave me the run down on the rewards program. Very chill and clean dispensary. Great visit, great location. Can’t wait to come back!
