Great staff and great product!

Heya was one of the first couple dispensaries I had the fortune of visiting after medical cannabis became available in Missouri. Their staff is very friendly and attentive, and will help you find what you're actually looking for instead of just making general recommendations. On top of that, they have daily deals and discounts to help you get the most medication for your money. You won't feel pressured into making "large buys" here, but the deals will make you want to! 9.6/10 stars.

There are are the absolute best around the area they always have the best deals there products are good wide selection as well the people there are amazing as always must go if you haven’t been your missing out on a good time.

The whole team is super friendly and incredibly informative! Best location in St. Louis. Haven’t stopped at any other dispensary because Heya is a MUST. Always my go to.

These guys are so helpful. They answer all questions thoroughly! Sometimes you have to wait but it's well worth the wait because they're helping somebody as good as they're going to help u. And to people that gave him a bad review I don't even work there I just like going there, chill out because good things are worth waiting for! Love this place absolutely. Entitlement don't belong here...Karmicly protected..BTW st Ann don't eff w u.. that being said don't open it till you get home anywhere you go that's a general rule! Great dispensary, knowledgeable staff and good prices

Once you arrive and exit your car, you can smell the lovely aroma while in the parking lot; this is a decent sign of what’s in store. Heya has a quaint, clean, waiting lobby where they always greet you with an warm welcome. Once you’re on the main floor, the proxy flooring provides a warm, fresh ambiance. I usually get Cameron as my bud-tender and he is very personable and knowledgeable about their products; he’s recommended a couple of heaters when I was wanting something else. Heya easily has the best price range for a patient’s needs and offer the most competitive prices for the same flower offered at other dispensaries; usually a $12-28 difference! They are an excellent ‘vertical’ company, so they also cultivate their own flower and I can personally say the Gelatto Cake is my favorite; with nice dense nug/buds. I also prefer the Grease Monkey and Slippery Susan. Heya is becoming one of my go to dispensaries.

I have shopped around since dispensaries started opening in the area, but that is all over now. Heya St. Ann is THE place to go. I have never had an unpleasant visit and always leave with the biggest smile on my face just from the awesome people, not just the awesome products. No longer will I have to search for a dispensary because I've already found the best one.

Very welcoming entry and lobby. The staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend visiting for all of your needs. Kelly should be budtender of the year. Amazing service and great memory. Once the product and cultivation facilities get going this will be the place to go to interact with the great staff. I look forward to visiting again and learning about new product arriving soon.

This place is the worst, As of September 2024 they changed their P.O.S system and we all lost our loyalty points, Some people save the points and lost everything. They DON'T EVEN CARE. There are to many honest dispensaries near by stay away from this store it's been full of controversy from the start. bad management and huge turn over on employees. save the headache they don't even have many products and sublime is all the same stiff in different packages. Employees must be ex-walmart staff it's a joke. they owe us money for the point the stolen. report them to DDHS
