Absolutely LOVE this place and go there very frequently. Location is nice, and the atmosphere inside is great. The lighting of the show cases helps focus on the important part, while they also actually take their time to get to know you. What also helps with the friendly and welcoming environment is allowing pets inside. Great for people with anxiety! They also ask you several questions (e.g. what kind of high you're looking for) and give their personal opinion on the strain you select (if you ask) and sometimes it's just very obvious that their opinion is an honest one, which is greatly appreciated!! I've checked out other dispensaries in Vancouver, but at High 5 I get the best deals on flower and pre-rolls. Their pre-rolls often have specials making it even better of a deal. They also update their menu DAILY, which allows you to plan for your visit and get an idea of which strain you want more info for. People are always nice and when it comes to flower, it's STANDARD for you to look at the flower under a magnifying glass AND letting you choose the pack that YOU think is best (e.g. looking for stems). To me, High 5 is all about customer satisfaction. Been going there for months and definitely recommend it to anyone. Give it a shot, you won't regret it!!

I brought my dog with me and she played with the store dog! I had a great time talking to the budtenders, the selection and prices were fantastic. I'm definitely going back soon.

ARTFUL, HELPFUL and GREAT SELECTION. If you're curious, throw caution to the wind with some hand holding from High-5. This IS DEFINITELY the place to get your feet wet. I'm new to this recreational cannabis thing. 1st visit ever! Staff super informative, took the time to educate and explain things to me after some of my own web research. Felt very comfortable. They had a great selection of CBD strains. Toe's definitely in the water. Definitely coming back here.

Stopped in spur of the moment passing through, found this gem of a spot. The man behind the counter was extremely decent guy, and knowledgeable in his trade. Noteworthy that the selection is viewable and quality product. 10 out of 10 will return.

i dislike this place due to after sale they dont want to help then blame it on the state why they cant help me after the cartridge no joke broke in my hand !! all was trying to do was screw off the cartridge from battery and whole cart falls apart i loss all the oil pretty much and they just want to do nothing about it ... great Valentines day gift !! ill never shop here again .. only Oregon dispensarys for me sorry Washington you lost my business !!

I am super stoked there is a shop in Orchards now. I know longer HAVE to drive across town or to Portland. They have a good selection of low to good quality stuff. I bought 2 grams of a middle of the road sun-grown blue dream by Sour Face. It looked unimpressive but after giving it a try I was pleasantly surprised. It's not the best I've ever had but does the trick just fine. It has the signature blueberry taste with a little earthiness. Great taste imo. As far as customer service went, it was a little too on my heels. I prefer a friendly "Let me know if you have any questions." approach. But overall very friendly people.

I like the high cbds, when I find the ones with a kiss of thc that does wonders for my tremors and glaucoma, you seem to stop carrying it. The alternatives you have aren’t cutting the medical reasons I use them for. Where’s the medical Cannabis not the bayer alternatives. Will be looking elsewhere.

Everyone inside was extremely helpful, I was in and out within seconds! They didn’t have the strand I originally wanted and I believe her name was Kayla helped me with one similar and I LOVED IT! Def making another trip!

The new guys in town have a great store. I picked up an 1/8th of Trinity. It's good. The trim job on it is definitely poor - maybe why it was a great value at only $22. That is only $6.25 a gram! There were a couple of buds that should have stayed in the trim tray. The guys were nice, friendly and helpful. Try them out. They have the best looking shop in town and the best pricing - even better than Portland Medical on some stuff.
