High Desert Cannabis

have been shopping at high desert for 3 to 4 years and have always been treated with respect but today went in at12:00-12:15 and your TEAM LEAD ABLE was quite rude to me ! showed my I.D. to the young Lady and asked for 6 helivated cartridges she asked me what kind and I said "it doesnt matter " and your TEAM LEAD "ABLE" said that I was being rude ! Your YOUNG TEAM LEAD "ABLE" NEEDS TO MIND HIS OWN BUSNIESS AND MAYBE GO TO A CLASS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WAS NOT RUDE TO THE YOUNG LADY i JUST RESPONDED WITH A "IT DOES'T MATTER WHAT KIND THAT I JUST WANTED 6 CARTRIDGES !

Had the worst experience last night. I went to purchase some gummies because I have Multiple Sclerosis and I have alot of pain. I was with my grandson who is going to be 13 in 6 month. I was going to go in and left him outside. Got yelled at, was told he could be by the doors. So I thought ok, no problem, I walked him to the light post, which is off property and tried again to enter the store. I don't know the name of the employee but she had long blonde hair. And the moment I entered the store she goes off on me to get out of store, that she wouldn't sell me anything and how dare I leave my kid outside by himself and how dare I try to purchase weed like I was some kind of drug seeker, and that I didn't need it. And she did this in front of a bunch of customers. I don't use gummies to get high, I use it for pain. And my grandson is old enough to be outside for 2 minutes. They lost my business. I will never go back there again.

High desert is my go to dispensary, both for great product at good value and for the friendly team they have running their floor!

Employees were very kind. Fast service.
