The staff is friendly, engaging, accommodating, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. They never rush you, even when they're busy. I always feel like they give great customer service and never have a problem answering my (sometimes ridiculous) questions. I don't think I would ever shop anywhere else.

Went in on a sunday, friendly and helpful staff. The waiting room was kind of small. I picked up some ATF, very high quality bud. Would definaly recommend!
