High winds NV is an amazing place! Its my favorite dispensary to stop by when i am going thru beautiful Hood River, OR! Not only because they have some of the best flower in Hood River, OR but also i go there for the staff they make you feel welcome and at home while keeping it professional, personal, and fun! so next time your in Hood River, OR stop by you wont be disappointed!

We just moved to Hood River from southern Cal and are in love with the gorge. This was my first time to Tropicannabis...what a cool place. I thought our shops in Cali were top, oh how wrong I was! From the time you pull in and park at the dock/boardwalk in front of the sea mural you know your in for something special, VERY special. It took us 15 minutes after going inside to order. I don't have words for the inside except WOW! The only way to start to describe is Hard Rock meets Hollywood meets Universal Studios. My wife and I forgot that we were there to by pot. The budtenders were exceptionally knowledgeable and crazy helpful and friendly (unlike our old shop). We didn't expect the HUGE selection and diverse products. Now for the last thing on our checklist to find a new dispensary, price. That was 100% answered by the girl being helped in front of us. She was buying a 1gm cartridge for $17.50 out the door!!!!! We were both positive we had heard incorrectly so we started to strain eavesdrop. Here's what we found out, the price was $17.50 with tax, the girl works for a dispensary in the gorge and she said the NEXT cheapest 1gm cartridge in the gorge was $27. We have now found our home dispensary. A couple items of note, I have NEVER wrote a long ass review like this ever and we visited the other 5 shops in town first. I hope this helps someone like us new to the area or traveling through not knowing where to go.

Quality bud at a very good price, and the service was excellent. Dude totally picked up on my I gotta get the old lady outahere fast vibe. They are remodeling, its gonna look great. I'll be back.

Read about the grand opening and thought a day in Hood River would be fun. Got there too early to buy anything, but it looked like there was a good selection to choose from. Everyone was super nice and didn't rub it in that we came so early. We even got T-Shirts! Guess they felt sorry for us driving all the way from Beaverton, but we had a good time and will definitely stop back in anytime we are passing thru. Easy to find, loads of easy parking too!

This place is great! They seem to have the biggest selection of flowers and concentrates in town. I bought some Durban Poison and they gave me two free grams of some beautiful Vanilla Kush as a first time freebie. The staff was very friendly. I like that it's a little tucked away with easy parking. Can't wait to bring my non-medical friends in. They're open to the public now!

I absolutely love this place! Out of the 4 shops in Hood River this one has the best selection of flowers with the best prices. Everyone on the staff is super friendly and I have never been let down by their recommendations. They also have daily specials for the budget spender! Must visit if you haven't already :)

Picked up my favorite, durban poison, the other day. Top quality! Great selection too and received a free gram as a first time patient. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be coming back.

When I walk in I'm always greeted with a smile. The staff does a really good job of making you feel comfortable about your visit and your choices. All the bud tenders have a great knowledge of there great selection and describe them very well. The setting is back behind nunmaker realtors. Kind of hard to find the first time. After that you'll never go to another dispensary or at least want to. Last time I went in I got Vanilla Kush (new favorite strain without a doubt in my mind) and head cheese peachy pine. The head cheese has an amazing sense structure and is full of vivid colors and a pungent pine flavor and a sweet peachy smell. The vanilla kush has a great somewhat skunky smell and it is literally covered all around in trichones almost doesn't look like bud. As if maybe I could make a snowball out of all the frost. Once you exhale you can state all the great flavors and leaves a lingering amazing taste in your mouth. The only down part is the cotton mouth. Well shit you'll get that with whatever marijuana you smoke.

Amazing service extremely friendly and very helpful. Every employee was great.I will be stopping here every time I drive the Columbia. I was a little low on cash and they were able to set me up with a great stash. Great place for conisuiours!!!

By far the best dispensary in The Gorge! Top quality for low prices and friendly honest staff! They won't disappoint! The only dispensary I use for my medicinal and recreational purposes. If I go in with a problem, I leave with a solution! A must for both medicinal and recreational users!

We read about the grand opening and thought it would be fun to go to Hood River for the day. Too bad we didn't read the anouncement more carefully... we were in time for the opening, but too early to by anything.... Everyone was really nice and they gave us T-shirts for our efforts... Nice selection of just about everything you could expect for a newly opened location. A little tricky to find, but signs pointed the way and there was loads of easy parking. We will be back!

This I a fun pot shop. Over-the-too Tiki-bar meets hookah-lounge meets urban clothing store. It makes me grin just to think about it. It reminds me of buying weed from my friends’ older brothers. The employees actually seem like stoners, and always seem stoked to help me find the fire on the shelf. Really great specials with deep discounts too. All prices very reasonable. It’s hard not to enjoy the charm, and it always makes me feel like I got the hookup or some kind of special treatment. It’s like the shop shoots you a little hush-hush wink on the way out. Without a doubt, the most comfortable pot shop to visit if you are already high as f*ck.

This was my second time visiting this dispensary. Great variety and service again. The atmosphere is warm and there is plenty to choose from at every price tier. The budtenders know their stuff and were able to help me choose the perfect strains for what I need. I will definitely be back again.
