I’ve been coming to this location in particular for a year or more now. The products are great and always well displayed but the customer service is truly what keeps me coming back. The customer service is always exceptional and goes above what you would expect. The two names that come to mind are Eli and Sam, they always make time to have a good conversation with you and truly get to know you like you’re family. Eli is very knowledgeable and always has great suggestions and really knows his products. I always look forward to my weekly stop here!

They are always very prompt with my order! I am a Veteran smoker,and pot snob! They ALWAYS have high quality flower ! Definitely my weekly go to , and I travel 45 minutes to get there! I highly recommend any Highbrow location!

Cant speak highly 😉 enough about highbrow in waldoboro. I go out of my way to shop there despite there being other options closer to home because I love the employees, the products, and the shop enough to not want to go elsewhere despite the slight travel inconvenience. They are so friendly and go above and beyond. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee policy is awesome and so are the promotions they run and perks they offer. Jazzy, Mike, I’m forgetting many others despite being able to picture their faces.. Loyal for life ❤️

When i walked in it was a welcoming environment, i was greeted at the door and the staff there were kind and helpful. i got exactly what i needed for a great deal and was in and out in a timely fashion. :)
