The staff is friendly enough and they have deals just like any other dispensary. But I always feel like I'm being rushed when I go there. there's definitely a get as many people in and out the door as possible kind of feeling. The place is glossy, and they have pretty packaging and all that, but I've yet to have a budtender tell me what they know about different strains. I went to buy vape carts, and the bartender just pointed at the rack, like a cashier at a liquor store. they're just there to catch people out. they don't seem to have a lot of expertise on the benefits of different strains. It's an okay place if you know what you want. Also, I bought a prepackaged bag of flower (Dutch treat) that was, quite frankly, garbage. Very dry and didn't get anyone high.

I have always had exceptional service here ever since it first opened as a Med. Supplier upstairs. Recently I had a final straw moment. The Manager (who's always wearing the backwards hat) has been nothing but rude since he has started working here. I have tried my best to get other bud tenders. This manager is inexperienced in the areas that others there are knowledgeable in and has always refused to get someone else to help. This manager has always made me feel rushed, and un-valued as a customer. Becsuse of this I have spent a lot on product that isn't right for me from this individuals poor suggestions and poor customer service. This has been going on too long, as much as I hate to say goodbye to all the wonderful people who have helped me recently and in the past I will be finding another retailer for these products.
