i made an order for 4 of the same vape cart, on a special sale they said they wont be getting again, and when i got to the store the said "they did not see my order come up." So i made a 40minute trip there for something i specifically sought the store out for, and when arriving they did not have my order, then tried to get me to buy something else instead. nothing offered for their mistake, but wanted me to still buy more.

Purchased a gram of Grassroots shatter from Honey. It had a sugary, moist consistency. Not a shatter. I called and informed the dispensary. First they said it must have been stored wrong. I asked if they stored it wrong. They said yes. Over time this shatter turns soft. Then they said they already know and have been having the same complaints from other costumers. But they still sold it to me knowing it was bad. I asked how I could avoid this next time, can it be checked before I leave the store? No. It is safety sealed and can’t be checked. Ok. How about if I check it when I leave the store. They answered they don’t do refunds or exchanges even if the product is bunk. I was told not to buy the grassroots shatters or shop elsewhere if I wanted to avoid this problem again. I did like this dispensary… until this happened.
