Shopping at Hotbox is always great because of the budtenders! Chelsea is an angel! Their prices are totally reasonable for high-quality bud and they always work with you to make sure you're getting a good blaze for your buck. Highly recommend asking for your budtender's opinion. They'll always try their best to help ya out!

Friendly customer service is down since came to ontario... your lucky if you get a budtender that greets you ..sometimes seems its a bother to help. Prices way too high . Not a good business move with all the competition now. I loved Hot Box in Huntington where the staff were friendly and consistent but the quality of service has gone down ALOT

It took an hour to prepare a simple order and it was still incomplete. Cashier looked pretty miserable, as if she had better things to do. Will avoid from now on.

We keep finding major discrepancies when placing pick-up orders via Leafly. For instance, products marked as Hybrid on Leafly, but they are actually marked as Indica on the packaging. I just don't understand why we can't get this together and keep inventory properly categorized and updated. It's 2024.

All the people that work there are literally so nice every time i go in they all have smiles on their faces so you can’t tell they love their job. very helpful and just an all around great place and great energy in the building.

My experience with this dispo was HORRIBLE!!$ I ordered online for $160 , asked if they had any first time discounts or senior discounts, and was told we give good enough deals to everybody we don't need to give discounts !! Well excuse me ?! Im just shocked!! The staff was so rude from the second I got out of the car, I parked in front I had a cigarette in my hand and was going to put it in the ashtray they have next to the front door . Lady comes running out the door and says ma'am you can't smoke here! I apologized and she said "well you really should just know better it is the law"Cashier was rude, bud tender even worse. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I do a lot of Google reviews and Trust me HOTBOX is def getting one!

Love HBF! Dj,Tez, and Will are always kicking it with hella fresh vibes! Love the selection of loose flowers, and their Select concentrates. I come for the Mr. HotBox carts a lot. Premium quality at a affordable price. My buddies and I always look forward to our weekly trip to HBF! They have the greatest door man as well! Seriously go check this place out! Worth the drive. We drive a hour and a half round trip just for the killer smells and mad vibes for real! ✌🏽❤️ - Tater
