I recently got my med card and I’ve been shopping around at a few different dispensaries. By far House of Dank is the best. Incredibly friendly staff, from the security working the door to the budtenders, clean place, and nice atmosphere. I felt like I walked into an apple store. Other places made me feel like I was I was just there, rattling off their specials or what they were told to try and push, no care about why I came in in the first place. But HoD made me feel like a customer. My budtender first asked what I was there for, instead of just trying to push me to their specials. They treated their business like a real retail store, which should be the norm with the legalization coming into effect next year. I definitely found my home store with House of Dank.

after 6 weeks of curbside service you would think they would have there shit together took like 45 minutes to get my order even know I pre ordered just saying figure it out

Very bad customer service. Their budtenders made a mistake. I called immediately and they said i could bring back. Got there and now all of a sudden the person who said I could bring it back is not there and they cannot exchange it. I will NOT be giving them.my business again.

Have had fine service going into the store up to this point. Decided to place an order for deliver. 2 Hours isn't accurate at all for delivery. I placed the order at 2 PM and it's now 9:45 PM and I still haven't received it. I'll keep shopping here because they have my go to strain in flower, but a bit disappointed in the delivery services.

This place is great. There's a price range for all budgets and the cheaper end still has a decent quality to it regardless. The range of selection, amazing massive amount of strains to choose from including concentrates, medibles and CBD's. What I don't like is that the strains are not labeled by Indica, Sativa or Hybrid and when you ask the staff they guess or are wrong, unless leafly's information is incorrect. its a huge bummer for a person looking to use strains to their full medical potential... Look up and correctly label your strains when you receive them!!!!!

I have been going to House Of Dank to get my medication for about 2 years now and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of quality medication. The location is convenient and they have an amazing security team. Given some of my health issues and other circumstances, whenever I am there without my significant other, they will walk outside with me and make sure I get to my car safely. I couldn't ask for a better place to get my meds from. Thank you, HOD.

The inside is very nice and large. The bud is great quality. This is one of the nice ones on 8 mile.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere. The budtenders were very helpful and very pleasant experience overall. Will be coming back again

The bud itself is great. Security guard is nice but the rest of the staff is hit or miss. Not very friendly at all. When they were out of AC-DC, the lady bud tender told me that AK-47 was similar and high CBD - not true at all. I love the selection and quality. I wish the staff would be more friendly and helpful. I even felt rushed when I was literally the only customer.

This place did not live up to the hype. I felt rushed and I was the only person there. It wasn't very clean in the backroom, or organized for that matter. They act like they are all that, but I don't think they are. There are better places to go. I can't fully comment on my purchase since I'm a bed time user and haven't tried it yet. I may update my review for the bud quality, but I'm pretty sure it's not pesticide free - which I need for making edibles. I didn't like that they photo copied my id. The other places I've been to didn't do that.

I love the quality and price of the flowers, Bubba & SFV are great strains if you like a nice indica. Parking, security and nice waiting area.

My only complaint about House of Dank is that they need a microphone so the patients in the lobby can hear who's being called in.

The best. I don’t even need go into detail other than I pass several dispensaries to come here. I’ve never been disappointed like I have with so many other ones.
