Went to this place for the first time today, I had a very nice experience. Knowledgable budtenders, and a large list of options. The only issue i found was that i was shorted by about .6 on one of the quarters i had purchased. Mistakes happen. Will not deter me from going back again. Too many choices ;)

Ive been going to the house of dank for a few years now up until recently, and i really do like your dispensary its always been one of my favorites. im giving you guys a one star because i do not like your new workers there and had horrible customer service earlier today. once i was called in i had to wait about 15 minutes while 6 other people cut me in line. i was standing right in front of the store clerks and all 5 of them continued to ignore me and the 6 people that came in after me got to go before me as well. so i stood there while the clerks said "oh i can help you right here" to the guy standing behind me 6 times in a row. Was trying to get someones attention for 15 minutes but no one noticed, wasnt too crowded in there so i did not see why this was an issue. Thank you for your service in the past, but ill probably take my business elsewhere in the future, Unless you guys get new workers than i might consider it

I loved HOD before one of their workers got me for well over $100 worth of edibles on 420. It was buy one get one free and I spent well over $500 in two days and now I make sure to make them show me my products and count them out as I order at my new dispensary. When I returned there two weeks ago and told them of their mistake,I received nothing but a blank stare and I drive from southern Ohio. House of Crooks! Green Genie is my new spot, until I get what I paid for period.
