I made an online order for delivery. Waited 4 hours with no kind of communication. So I called, just to make sure my order was still coming. I was assured by the woman on the phone that my order was for sure going out and she said the standard wait time is 6 hours (even though the website says 4 hours). It is the complete next day and I still haven’t heard anything about my order. Terrible, terrible customer service. I do NOT recommend unless you have unlimited time to waste.

Every time I've visited here, ive recieved the best service. tonight when i visited, Christina the shift lead was very friendly and helped me pick out whats good. The store was very busy but she gave me her full attention. I also learned i can put a preferred name in the system, so thats great.

The online ordering was easy it's just that the delivery was too long, like 3 hours. The brown bag was a nice touch too.!

I ordered MED delivery @ 4:00pm today 8/25/21. No call or anything for a update after 5 hours, I decided to call @ 9:00pm (1 hour before close) & They assured me @ 10:30pm it would be delivered, Do I want to cancel? Seems how it’s already so late, & I can’t order anywhere else, I had to go with it. I Wasted all f***ing day waiting for a LIE, When I could have went to 50 different dispensary’s! The wax menu is never updated, & they’re always trying to replace the wax you want with something else…… unbelievable HOD. I spend ALOT of money here and this is the service I receive?! * EDIT: JUST TALKED TO MANAGER. HE WAS UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. HUNG UP THE PHONE. TREATED THE SITUATION AS A JOKE. GLAD MY TIME IS A JOKE! I USED TO SPEND ABOUT 400$ EVERY 2 WEEKS HERE. BYE*
