Hands down love this dispensary there’s nothing I can point out, except for the matter of customer service. The tall dude with the beard from my understanding you’ve been with H/O the longest, why is it that when I called in to check on a product you assumed I was the same caller from earlier. For crying out loud you work in a lads dream job, you should always have an uplifting vibe when greeting and answering the phone. Won’t stop me from shopping but have some decency towards your loyal faithful customers! Great customer service never fails to lose customer satisfaction!

There are waxes marked at 14th and for 100 in the 1g containers. Tried explaining to nathan but he said it was mismarked and he couldn’t sell me 14 for $100, that he could only sell me 10 for $100.. i’ve been a loyal customer for awhile now. kinda very disappointed. false advertising in theirs prices. don’t trust the prices marked online.

I have been coming to house of ounce for a few months and I have never left unsatisfied. I drive over an hour just for the shake! Not only do they have great prices, they have the best shake I have found in Oklahoma yet. Every time I come in I'm helped promptly and always given the most positive, upbeat attitude from the employees. I truly enjoy my experience every time. I have told several people about this little hidden gem. Thank you guys so much!!!

I have been going to the house of ounce for quite awhile now. They have a great atmosphere, great quality of service and deals on medicine that are affordable at any price range. Also they have the weekly drawing, stamps for discount cards to go on top of the deal of the day. It's bananas, even when you check out and say you had bought a half of flower they always say and I still think it is cool today is " Do you want any wraps papers or cones for free or if you need it grab you a dab tool.". One thing I like is customer service and offering somebody something as the papers they need to utilize what they just purchased blew me away the first time and still does.
