Poor customer service. I bought a pen - they had a choice of two (Vuber or Panda), I don't know much about them so I asked the manager to pick for me. He picked the $5 more expensive Vuber. When I got home the pen wouldn't turn on. I charged it for a few hours but no dice, so I drove 20 miles back to the store. Even though only 4 hours had passed since buying the pen, the same manager refused to exchange it, saying they had a policy with that manufacturer and I would have to do the return through them instead. Adding insult to injury, he also said if I'd bought the Panda instead he would have exchanged it. I won't be shopping there again.

Been going here since they opened. they always have an amazing selection for anything I need and their specials are great too! Michelle has helped me out so many times now! She has great recommendations and is such a sweet lady! Keep up the great work ICCO!!

I love this place. Everyone is so knowledgeable and their prices are great. I'm usually here about two times a week and they always have great specials going on. Plus it's close to home =)

Brittany in Issaquah CC was knowledgeable. I appreciated her attentiveness in solving my problem. She wasn't condescending, which was a relief for this first-timer.

Leafy Menu is never up to date. If you're looking for a specific strain, call ahead or be ready to buy something else.

I have been coming to ICC for awhile now. I actually worked in the medical shop below before it closed for a general idea of my knowledge on herb. Now normally I don't write reviews but was poking around in here and read some disappointing ones. First off ICC is great! it has a huge variety of product. From cheap mid-grade flower to expensive, very high end flower. from cheap mid grade concentrates to higher end, higher priced concentrates, and lots of edibles. the bud tenders are all knowledgeable but like with all professions each worker has their product that they're more knowledgeable about and stand by more firmly then others. So every person that comes in with different taste just has to find out which bud tender has similar taste to theirs. Katelin and Alyssa are both great, knowledgeable, and have similar likes as I do so, I patiently wait for one of them to be available if they're busy if I need help. Us being in a bigger area means that yes surprise surprise this store gets busy frequently but the quality, care, and overall experience here is well worth it if you do happen to catch a line. plus it's now a new year so go try a new shop and stop in to ICC and get what you need you won't regret it.

just a thought, to every review being left purely because of not being allowed in due to ID. Your mad at the wrong people. why would a company risk their license for a potential LCB sting. if your unable to step that far outside of yourself idk if weeds gonna help ya. anyways. I drive here from North bend and have had nothing but good experiences. Jordan is awesome and took time even after my purchase to give top quality service.

The people behind the counter are dicks more often than they're not. Pretentious weed dicks. Gimme a break, dudes. I'm a woman in my upper 40s and I'm frequently spoken to like I have no idea what's up. But I DO know what's up. This place would lose a lot of biz if there was another game in town but these weed bros have Issaquah & Sammamish area by the throat. They have a decent selection but don't try asking any questions or having a totally normal conversation that you can have with budtenders elsewhere, unless you want an actual (or a verbal) eye roll.

This place is way overpriced. It's ridiculous. I live 5 minutes away and would never shop there.

I used to love love love shopping here, I have been going other places.. The Manager Jeff..(Bald Guy) please avoid him if your new. He is so mean, short with customers.. I was looking at a menu, and a couple came in, said they were new and needed some recommendations.. he scoffs at them and with an attitude he said "Our menus are over there. " they said it didnt make sense to them because there was so much and just wanted a few of his fave.. he then sarcastically laughed and stormed over to a menu grabbed it and slammed it down.. IF THE OWNER IS READING THIS...EITHER FIRE JEFF OR TALK TO HIM. No customer dhould be treated that way, I also notice that the employees seem to walk on egg shells.. they honestly seem scared to make one wrong move. Other than that, this store is amazing. PLEASE TELL JEFF TO BE RESPECTFUL..AND UNDERSTANDING..NOT EVERYONE KNOWS EVERYTHING LIKE HIM. if you are new..go to anyone BUT Jeff..

Every time I go into this dispensary or call in, they've been extremely rude and unfriendly. Unfortunately, this is the closest dispensary to my house, but I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go somewhere else.

This is basically a K-Mart for weed. No membership rewards, tons of cheap weed, and not that knowledgeable of bud-tenders in a few females cases. Why work somewhere like that if you are so clueless?

Huge selection. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products, plus they have stuff on special every day. I don't know what these other people are talking about with the 1 star reviews, they must have visited a different shop than I did!

discrete; only one way in, but the place is beautifully decorated, and everyone was helpful and warm. having the option to take an elevator to the shop gave it an elegant feel. definitely a place for the connoisseur

I love this shop. Finally had family from out of town visit so this was a must-see site for them .. and of course they wanted to buy it all. Incredibly helpful staff for my newbie family visitors. The guys in here and i think owner were rude and inpatient but i really don't not mind as much as I did with the outdated expensive prices

Just a shout out to one of your employees. I came in today (9/1 @ 10:45 a.m.) to buy some flower and candies and happened to mention that I had a shoulder injury to the guy helping me, and he suggested I use Flowgel topical on it. I've used a few CBD topicals in the past (my favorite is AGONY by Firefly), but I have to say the Flowgel is pretty awesome! while I still have some pain, it's greatly reduced. Thank you to the employee for suggesting it!

I really liked this place the first time I came to visit but on my 2nd visit they wouldn't take a VALID form of ID in the form of my passport card. It shouldn't be the customers responsibility to wait for you to train your staff on IDs that have been legal for over a year. Also telling me to wait outside in front of other customers because you can't validate my ID like I did something wrong is embarrassing and ridiculous.

A friend of mine recently picked up a gram from this place that had over 40% THC. Didn’t realize that was even possible but thought it was reason enough to drop by and check it out. I’ve been to a handful of rec shops around wa. A few observations: 1) massive selection of product. I mean, 3x the other stores I’ve been to. 2) staff appear to genuinely like the customers + their jobs 3) No tip jars (thank you. Tip jars drive me up the wall. I don’t tip at the liquor store. What’s so special about weed?) 4) most importantly, amazing value. Bought a few grams at $9, an oil cartridge for 30 something bucks and a cookie. That’s super competitive. A bit of a drive for me but I’ll be back.

Love this store! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They carry and wide variety and have daily specials as well as quality glass and other devices. Nice clean location, off the beaten path so it's discreet. I told the staff I would leave a review and didn't get their names but everyone from the front door to the service counter on Sunday 8/6/17 did a fabulous job and I'm super happy with the Legends Green Crack 5- pack, Super Silver Haze wax and Gelato too!

Quality is good but offset by the quality of service. If a customer spends an average of 200 dollars every 2 weeks you think you're allowed to use the toilet. The customers comfort while shopping should be better addressed than saying good luck as you run out the door for the most uncomfortable walk in your life.i actually peed in my pants in this cold winter weather. Horrible experience. Thanks!

This is an ok place, while they carry high quality strains their prices are much higher than other locations. I am talking about same strain from same manufacturer like avitas or phatpanda etc. buyer be aware they are expensive and DO NOT accept medical cards.

Although Issaquah Cannibas has a wide selection of marijuana to choose from PLEASE keep in mind you are paying full price for everything in the store. For instance Canna Clouds makes great distillate cartridges in my opinion. What I do not agree with is the fact Issaquah sells their line of "tankers or aka syringes" of distillate for 35 and their cartridges for 39 to 40. I have a favorite store in Seattle I found and LOVE. 30 for Canna Clouds tankers and 32 for ALL of their cartridges. Kind of takes the fun out of shopping in Issaquah when you know your getting screwed on prices!
