Got a gram and the budtender spent over 2 mins to make sure the gram was 1.0 instead of 1.1g... Never encountered such practices at a dispensary, will not be coming back here

Love this place, bottom line. Tenders are very informative, nice relaxing place even if you were in a rush prior. It will be your go to place after the first time you been in.

My first time in here last night. My wife and I stopped in after having dinner downstairs. I liked the look of the front room. Nice space to hang while waiting with a tv and local glass. Unfortunately, the fellow running the desk was not clued into his environment. We weren't greeted and stood around for awhile as the doorman continued to focus on his mini pad. After several minutes, I asked what we needed to do. Without breaking stride in his typing, he said we had to check in. Still no eye contact. I pulled out my ID and waited.... More people came in then. The doorman treated them with as much regard as he did us. I told him we'd stop by later, maybe. "Fair enough." was his distracted response. My hopes are that I read the situation incorrectly and that he was indeed very busy on an important business matter. I doubt that was the case. It's true what they say about first impressions.

The quality of buds is good but I don't really like the service here; especially budtenders. I felt really sad when i came to buy a discount strain. They seem reluctant introducing discount strains for customers. The guy (i think he has eyes problem) wasn't happy at all when i asked about the $7/gr strain. I have been here more than 10 times in the last 3 months among more than 20 dispensaries in eugene, and I got negative treaments for 2 times buying discount strain. They even made me feel bad about myself as well. They need to understand how important it is, good service even on promotion.

High end products for a reasonable price. Love that the tax is included as it honestly should be. Other places make profit on the base price, sometimes even over pricing by a few dollars per gram and still add an unnecessary 'tax' on top that isn't in the oregonian spirit. Like this place, the tax should be accounted for in the price otherwise it feels like one is being robbed or lied to. I have been here a few times and each time the staff were friendly, caring, and understanding. Great selection of both bud, cartridges, and extracts. As well as amazing price on the edibles. Also they treat both their rec, and medical patients well and if they don't know an answer they will look it up.

Jamaica Joel's is at an amazing location downtown Eugene! They have friendly staff and a calm and wonderful atmosphere. Love these guys!

Not the easiest place to find/access/park but great selection of flowers and friendly staff. Excellent service and I like how they have a binder with strain information and test results! Knowing who tested my meds is important, THANK YOU! I will visit here again.

I bought an oz from Jamaica Joels. When I got home, I discovered that every bud was full of bud rot when I broke open the buds.

I like this place but its important to note that if you're gonna offer a 'value' strain, it should have some value to it, not just a cheap price. My girl and I sawed through a quarter in 2 days and we just waited for a hint of anything representing a high....Eugene, don't let greedy businesses take hard earned $$ for inferior product, criticize bad weed!

I went to Jamaica Joel's on the first day it opened legally, I was so impressed with how friendly and down to earth the staff was. The vibe is homey and inviting. Since my first time I have came almost every day and am treated with such kindness every visit. It will definitely continue to be my dispensary shop as long as I live in Eugene.

One of the best in town with good deals and lots of fire flowers! The workers are friendly and the process of getting in there is nice and easy! Good spot, definitely have been recommending it to all my friends!
