I recently got my card and have used this dispensary 3 times. I have absolutely no complaints thus far! Staff has been amazing, online ordering is quick and easy, and I have been satisfied with my purchases so far. I will definitely be back!

Don’t appreciate the very small flower selection or the fact the flower selection has been obviously passed through many handlers before I receive it. Only small pieces of flower/bud are available...no really good, full buds. Jamestown tries hard but the selection isn’t often products “I” use so I find shopping here very difficult b/c I’m having to compromise in order to avoid an hours-long trip to Phx. Also, when they DO carry something I use regularly, they are most often OUT of the products. I don’t like chemicals...so I very often have issues when ordering from Jamestown. They seem to focus more on edibles and chemicals (waxes/shatter/vape) than actual flower product. The staff are wonderful - NO COMPLAINTS, they have to work w/ what’s offered... I only shop at Jamestown when I can’t make it to Phx, to be very honest.

I like this place everyone has always been super nice and inviting, except for that first security guard they had idk what his deal is, but the new guy is great. I'm glad they're starting to offer more deals and more products to choose from.

Love the awesome staff! Special shout out to Johan, Randy, and Steve - go team! Lots of variety, varying quality/price levels (all good). Good effort on sprucing up the place, excited to see when all improvements are done. Only suggestion...can we get another 5 hours tucked in the middle of the week for Seniors? Winter population makes for long, long waits since you're only open for 5 hours on Sundays. This Ganja Grandma would sure appreciate it, thanks!!!

James town center and staff are really friendly and kind. Damian is my favorite tender but of course all of them are amazing! But Damian always shows a positive attitude which reflects a great leader! And you ask about investory? Oh man! Top shelf carts, Tree, Edibles ect... 100% recommended for your medical needs.

Since this whole pandemic started, Jamestown has done an excellent job of providing a safe and enjoyable environment for its patients. Purchasing medicine has been super fast and easy through their online website and I know that my order will be correct each and every time. The staff is super sweet and efficient when it's time to pick up and you can be in and out within minutes.

The staff is chill and informed but the place itself is hot for one at least in the waiting area and then the wait to get called up is a bit ridiculous I know it's just Yuma but please get some more bud tenders and a A/C unit please I know you guys can do it so please do it right take pride in your business
