I emailed them to ask about out-of-state medical cards. They never returned my email. Went in to see the place. Kind of an weird set-up. You have to sit on benches and wait for someone to come out and talk to you. So I waited. Security guard came out from the magic door and abruptly turned me away. Apparently, you have to have AZ card. So, my money has to go to AZ before I can buy anything in AZ. That's fine. But you could have answered the email and not embarassed me like that. He did not explain the situation well at all. Just turned heel. Not cool.

Manager special bud is $16 a gram alway. never have any of the bud for indica that’s listed on here Actually in the store and they’ll try to talk you into getting the $16 because they’re out of the ten. And then they’ll tell you to come back later for the “new” ten dollar one that will get released the evening. But gets released 20 min after you leave. Overall bunch of bs for mid take time and go to Phoenix

Since I last visited a year ago. It's amazing that no improvements to quality or quantity. The place is a old bar, that's not been cleaned in years, is hot and inadequate. Don't waste your cash on this dump. Bud is a joke. I don't know how many fake reviews they can continue to submit but they have to be. Lame

For being the only decent dispensary within a hundred or so miles product and product prices could be brought down or better deals available. I honestly try not to buy product here and when I have time I will pay the extra $50 for gas to drive elsewhere for other for a different variety and better quality concentrates besides the same product every day like venom extract or SnD. Flower wise I'm disappointed in quality due to harshness as if the weed wasn't stored properly, not fresh, too dried out. Also, what is the point of having an online menu when it isnt correct 99% of the time and RARELY updated. When I do go I can never rely on menu to preshop because what's on the menu and in store dont match. Granted it's the only one in town but when I can get 7g of concentrate for 100 ranging from shatter to sauce, mid and top shelf ounces of flower starting at 100 instead of almost $20 for a gram of so called top tier flower and almost $40 for 1/2 to 1g for concentrate. it's worth the few extra dollars and time for trip or have it delivered. So yes I will shop here again because its convenient and that is what I tell others when they ask.

Great staff and very chill and friendly environment. But honestly the prices are the killer and un reasonable yeah they have super good strains and everything In there is bomb but just lower the prices they would definitely get a lot more customers and people would be buying a lot more instead of buying small amounts and another thing is when they run specials I think they should of more discounts on flower and everything in the store not just one thing I honestly think they don’t know how to price right or just make people waste all there money so they can make it but they are not improving at all at anything honestly don’t get me wrong it’s nice and all but just way to high in prices who is really gonna pay $320 just for an O wtf😂

Yay, San Luis AZ. Is getting a dispensary. Just hope their not expensive. Then JT may get that old dump updated and make their "big price, small city" deals realistic.

Aside from not having a Damn menu, they may have 1-2 good strains the rest is bull, shitty trim, smells like plant matter, not tested, no concentrates, crap selection on edibles, they over price the clearly BUNK flower claiming that "potency" is what they price, even though it smells like plant and is covered in leaves. They don't carry bho because of its harm(although, when purged correctly the ppm can reach very low levels which is safe for consumption) but they feel great about themselves selling over priced, poorly grown cannabis. Senior patients may not know better and they most likely are smoking or vaping leaves wrapped around small buds, how is this safe for consumption? Do they use pesticides? Do they flush properly? Who even grows this stuff? What are the THC, CBD, CBN percentages? What are we consuming? They have been open now for how long, and have yet to figure out how to get all this straight.. I've given these guys a couple shots, thinking maybe I went in on a bad day or on a day they were low on product, nope, everytime I went back another utter disappointment. I won't spend another penny here. Thank you but No Thank You.

I’m from New York … I’m now in Yuma and this is the ONLY dispensary in this city which is frustrating. However there are other dispensaries that are a bit of a drive but worth it for the quality and prices! I now go to March And Ash which is located in imperial valley/el centro, CA. It’s only 45 min away from me and well worth making the drive to save a lot of money! I paid &200 for 4 cartridges but at Jamestown it would have been $400 + so yesssss the drive is so worth it !!!! I ♥️the prices at March and Ash!!!

I honestly dislike the prices there double and i don't like the waiting room its boring its my opinion

I and others continue to RIP this location and yet still NO impovement, no menu,high prices, no testing, often times, the Bud tenders don't know much about thier products. Perhaps the MMJ board can look into this sloppy operation and rip off of local consumers from this non-profit "business"😕

Good selection of high quality flower. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. And good deals. I’m surprised this is the only dispensary in Yuma but it’s still a great shop.

Gr8 products and good staff, however maybe I’m spoiled by BIG city pricing. But with out any local competition they are free to corner the market and charge any thing they’d like. Over all good service but you sure pay for it.

Owner of this place also owns "The Best" Dispensary oun in the valley (phx) First off everyone from owner to staff know absolutely Nothing about quality flower or any mmj products period, it's a complete joke and rip off owner has zero knowledge total money grab everything at a high unreal price this review is Not to talk Bad or hate on Jamestown or best dispensary lol (even saying is funny) it's simply to give patience a heads up don't waste you time or money on a place or ppl that have ZERO love for flower patients or industry,.

I wouldn’t recommend buying flower at Jamestown. I picked some up yesterday and it was the driest flower I’ve ever purchased. As other reviewers mentioned, I’ve had reggie that was better. I have bought a lot of cartridges and concentrates there with no issues. However, I’m not using concentrate anymore. Im going to have to find other options or start growing.

I was actually surprised to see that the prices weren’t as high as I had been told. The product is good, however I don’t believe it’s worth the price in bulk prices, everything is great, I just wish the prices on half oz’s & oz’s were more comparable to Phx prices.
