the staff here was very knowledgeable. answered any and all of my questions. made me feel comfortable shopping. the store was clean, they were practicing social distancing as busy as they were. The price for the quality of the product i recieved was wonderful. The Dr was in doing certifications, the line moved quickly as they were very organized

For my first visit, employees were Kind & making sure to have everything ready as I politely waited for my order, I also got a free cartridge for the first visit. Boysenberry Gelato is Fire hands down, you actually taste the fruitiness during the exhale; the monkey mints is also Top Shelf & is like a breath mint during the inhale. Will be returning soon

Well it’s the only place in Yuma, but they always have good music. Men are more knowledgeable then the women there. More of them are OGs. But it’s friendly and great place.

2 Things... 1. No military discount on the flower is shameful. The 2 years I have been a customer is the first time Jamestown has not given discounts and yet being in Yuma, this is a military town. 2. It seems like the flower is a little short from the time I originally started coming there. Outside that, the quality of the flower is good, the service is good, and the atmosphere is good.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and soothing. Any questions I have are always answered with courtesy.

What an outstanding group of people! They helped from the start of the process. Assisting with contact information with the medical group to get the correct forms. Setting up a location and time to see the physician who performed the exam and certification. After receiving my MMC (only 3 days!) the registration to Jamestown website, placing an order, picking up and paying for items took only a couple of hours. I am positive that my next (and there definitely will be a next purchase!) will be just as easy and even quicker. If you are thinking of getting a MMC go and talk to the great people who run Jamestown Dispensary.

I liked everything

Jamestown is a great local dispensary that has the meds and personnel to compete with any dispensaries in AZ! They have been doing a great job during this pandemic as I've seen many dispensaries crowded and seemed to not be following regulations. Though they have a wide variety of meds to choose from, I always find myself picking up some venom crystals whenever im in town.

I love the online ordering, I can take my time and research the products before purchasing which is a big thing for me because I like to know the background information of products before trying them out. The Communications Manager, Steve is solid at his position, we spoke a few times and he personally handles discrepancies brought to his attention.
