Always a interesting visit. Today I liked how GIANNA M. used her cell phones camera and the menu screen Jardins displays there goods on and specials and used it to show the buds in the jar that I was purchasing. "Look how nice these are" she said. I didn't even know that could be done, HA! No one at any other shop has ever done that!

I didn't get his name but the gentleman working the counter was a top notch professional and very polished in his craft. The selection and staff were superb. Anytime I'm in Vegas this will be my spot.

I love the products and specials from here however the last three times I have ordered there was horrible communication one example of that was not getting a text letting me know my driver was on the way … this happens allot even though you sign up for updates so unless you don’t plan on leaving your house for hours while you wait delivery is not bad . I continue to order from here for a few reasons the main one the drivers this time I was very happy to have LJ for my recent order, he was friendly & professional!!

Let me start by saying I give a 4 out of 5 stars for the atmosphere simply because of how loud it is. I am autistic and have hearing issues so that does make it rather difficult for me to interact with the budtenders. I like the music I just wish they would turn it down a bit. Otherwise this place is a top notch experience. Everyone is extremely friendly from the front door all the way to the security. They treat everyone with class and if you are a repeat customer they greet you with recognition every time; you aren’t just another customer to them. The budtenders go above and beyond to meet my needs. I enjoy every visit and leave with a positive experience each time.
