What an experience, exciting and welcoming! They were crackin' busy, but there were lots of them to help all of us, and traffic flowed in and out as in a well-oiled machine. Everyone smiled, was attentive and likewise knowledgeable. Dane did a great job making me feel comfortable and directing me to my choices of product. Being an old hippy, it was just like finding myself in a well-stocked candy store for grownups! Very colorful marketing! Everyone seemed to have the giggles. Sales folk still couldn't believe this was their job! And lots of repeat clients. That is a good sign.

Product and service

JARS Packard is one of the best dispensaries around! I was greeted by smiling faces as soon as I walked in, and had an instant connection with my bud tender, Rachelle. I was stoked to have a one-on-one interaction with her helping me choose the right edibles for my needs on this visit. She's very knowledgeable on all the products, I was blown away! We had a great conversation about bud and I'll definitely be back to ask for her again to help me choose some on my next shopping trip.

The people here are fantastic, they are fun to talk to n engage with. Ive talked about topics such as videos games, songs, n of course weed! I've gotten flower n cartridges here n they are of both high quality. the atmosphere is very nice but I feels like a small square with nowhere to go, probs not so fun when it's busy in there. overall good time, wroth the trip!

I wrote a lengthy review on Google. Too many errors. I ordered, went to pick up, problems, problems, problems. Blamed on the Hash Bash? Wow.

Francis was a dope but tender he knew what he was talking about I'd recommend ....

I have been here 2x and man let me tell ya, unbelievable prices great products and superb customer service!!!! My normal spot is close by (11 miles away), boy do they have competition!

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Julia was very helpful! Knew her job well! I thought the place was very clean. Think I am going back tomorrow ☺️

Went here for the second time today very nice place good meds and awesome staff Matt was my budtender and recommend the peanut butter cup pre roll have to say it was very nice even for my picky ass lol thanks again guys I will be back

I loved this place. Sophia was awesome but everyone was helpful and friendly. Great product, SO much to choose from, ATM int he store, clean and such a comfortable experience with like minded people! Bonus points for being a block from my house!! I will be back!!

The JARS Packard location was so clean n well maintained when I visited. The staff was helpful and friendly but my Bud tender Rachelle really made the visit. She was so pleasant n helpful n was able to introduce me to sum new products I had even considered! Will most definitely be back.
