Payge handled my last visit and was very professional I let her pick my strains and she did not fail me

Been there twice and screwed up order both times. Second time I was overcharged $31. Product is fine but can’t get it right

This place is beyond terrible. Horrible service that talks me into buying extra crap. Terrible low grade weed, and overall just not worth my time or money. I will take my business elsewhere.

Sydney simply slayed my stoner needs a few days back. Dude always recommends the most fire deals! Would never put you onto something he would wouldn't toke himself. The atmosphere is friendly, clean, an open. This plays is an all time favorite!

Tried to buy from here and my order was never fulfilled when I called I was told I would receive a call back after they contacted the dispatcher to see why they haven’t received the order I told them I could just cancel online and reorder delivery over the phone but was still transferred over. After waiting another hour with no phone call my bf called and you know what they said to him? They weren’t going to fulfill the order because the dispatcher said it was a scam. WHAT?! How in the hell does that make any sense? We were prepared to spend $250+ on our order only to be called a scam. Disrespectful, horrible customer service, and a team of people who like to play around with money. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Pure (Rec) in Centerline or hell even House of Dank (Rec) in Centerline is better than this garbage place and they also deliver!!!

Placed a delivery order and received excellent customer service from their dispatch. Turns out my order didn’t have a delivery charge either! I live pretty far from the shop but I’ve been going to Jars for years, so I was impressed with the quick and easy delivery as well! Jason my delivery driver was not only accommodating but also called to inform me about an out of stock, AND helped me pick out a similar item. If you work from home like I do, this is the delivery I would use! 10/10!!

Worst yet ordered pick up get there they don't have my order ready and can't find it it was my favorite strawberry cough that was 99.00oz them it said about a deal 2 for 99.00 so I pick cream mints 115.00 but them it discounted it and said 115.some cents so I drove home check phone to see were o ordered from I got message they couldn't fill the order so I called them they said they don't have the strawberry cough so I asked what else they had names stuff I never heard of durga mega I said let's try that then he said black berry cheesecake I said you know let's do the cheese cake so I got durga mata and black berry cheesecake both regular 59.00 swag no were compares to what my order was the old bait switch move with crap half the quality if they would of told me that on phone 59.00 regular I wouldn't of wanted it fat cry from what I ordered and what I got

Beware like House of Dank this company does bait and switches. On Leafly, Jars advertised 2 ounces for $99 for their 4th of July sale and when I arrived they said it was buy two $99 ounces and get $10 off each of them! WOW! Bad business and false advertising! Jars knows how to lure you in with deception and then spin it on you and if you challenge them, make you seem like a troublemaker. Jars has become arrogant and greedy since they have grown. Jars is now taking advantage of and turning their backs on their most loyal supporters because they believe they have us in the bag. Jars forgets we were getting weed regularly before marijuana was ever legalized and they ever existed. Be humble and honest, not misleading.

I have been a customer of jars for years, I was very pleased to find a company that took great care in their weed. It wasn’t covered in pesticides. It wasn’t over fertilized it was flushed properly, but lately the weed is so moist and it’s not a humidity issue because I put it in a dehumidifier and it doesn’t work. It doesn’t crisp like it Should. it stays dense and moist. you can’t break it up and smoke it in a joint and it barely burns in a bowl. I’ve come across a lot of people that have done many different silly things to try to make more money from their weed and one of them is to soak the weed, use a simple syrup. Spraying the weed with different things can enhance certain flavors, but overall it just destroys the weed if you look at these buds through a magnifying glass, you should see tricomes little crystals if you don’t, then either they were stripped which I’ve known a lot that shake their weed and strip all the good parts out so they can make all of their tinctures and goos and gums and whatever so what I’m asking please jars go back to simple growers that don’t damage their weed. Nearly every manipulation only hurts customers. It’s not gonna increase your bottom line if nobody wants to buy your weed. Thank you.

Their mkx prices are higher than most places. For two dollars more you can get twice the amount from other spots.

So far I’ve been to this shop a few times and they’ve been great each time. Friendly service up front and from my budtender. Super fair prices across the whole menu with good deals for everyone. Deff recommend this shop to others.
