I’m a frequent customer and they are. A great shop friendly and nice. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The Disabled, elderly, anxious, post surgery etc.. can not and shouldn't be asked to stand in a line when there's a open theme and waiting area. We checked in by name and called when it's out turn. Lines confuse people and dishonest people try to "cut" .

Was in a hurry and they were able to help me with what I needed.

Sam was rude impatient and just didn’t care what I had to say. She rushed me out the door and made me feel uncomfortable. I will not be going to her again since this isn’t the first time. Very disappointed
