JARS Cannabis - Metro Center (Med/Rec)

After making this my go-to shop because of the amazing ability for drive thru pickup every week for the past 3 months. I NOW QUIT! The drive thru is now a double line for both medical patients and recreational people all willing to wear a face diaper. I thought this was a great dispensary who cared about their patients. I was wrong. They just want customers no matter how to treat them. Sorry JARS, you blew it.

This was a first time visit. I should clarify that I stopped by this place once before and was so unimpressed by low quality flower at outrages prices that it was written of my list. I was scanning Leafly when I came across their ad. Come to find out that it's under new owners. L went in and filled out the papers and was back in less than a minute. Very friendly service, gentleman named Marcus helped me out. His knowledge on his product was very good. I bought an 8 of Chemdawg Private reserve, and an 8 of Herojuana. I vaped the Chemdawg as soon as I got home and was impressed at not only the incredible flavor but the high was classic all the way. One of my favorites for pain.

the location easy to find .great parking.tye security guard at the door was welcoming and friendly even opened the door for me .the front desk people were also welcoming and made me feel at home.my bud tender Amanda I think was her name was nice and very knowledgeable about the strains .I even asked about whole sale vrs owner grow site and she knew her venders.I am glad I drove all the way from surprise to this location.deli style and good size buds ..oh I also called before I went and they answered rite away and the gentleman that I spoke to was very friendly and professional.over all a great place .I will be back for the amazing prices and quality and quantity of the meds .

I wasted $142 on some dry ass weed... go somewhere else

Horrible service. Service person seemed uninterested, rather annoyed. Kept looking at the clock. Didn't offer any suggestions. Said to go online. Real jerk, didn't even offer free 1st time visit anything. Unless you're far away from another store, DON'T GO THERE.

I honestly left a one star review because it doesn’t give me a lower option! I spent 160$ on a half yesterday (before tax) and I am so disappointed. I got the top shelf quality, their most expensive; and I couldn’t believe when I opened the jar the next day I broke it up and I found like 4 seeds. Not happy and not ever returning. When I called and complained they offered me a free pre roll...NOBODY WANTS THAT SEEDY SHIT EVEN IF ITS FREE!! no thanks i didn’t even smoke any of it. I called and tried to get a refund after I broke up the first nug.... and nope couldn’t even get my hard earned money back. Not even they want that wack ass flower back. They’re like “nope, you keep it... we don’t want that shit “ literally shit.

Did not like being berated by an employee because I ordered through Leafly instead of Jars website. If ordering through Leafly is a problem, it should not be an option for customers. It was not my fault and I do not appreciate Jars employees acting like my business is a real inconvenience to them.

I love this place but I picked up some Platinum OG from their platinum tier and its garbage. I don't think it even has any THC in it. Should be below the Supreme tier or dont even sell it period. Feelin like I got robbed. 😤😡🤬

I would give zero stars but one is the least amount you can give. to start off the security guard out front was angered that we had showed up as first patients, he was cursing us as he went to grab the clipboard. he has anger issues and he is carrying a firearm so tread lightly. As you walk in after being checked in and its like a classroom of children when the teacher steps into the hall, complete chaos. amd forget trying g to ask the bud tenders for any help, information, what they have, etc. just save yourself the hassle and avoid at all cost.

Been getting my meds here for awhile but after last week I won't be coming back. First, the security needs to be replaced.. we as patients don't need power tripping rent a cops giving us a hard time before we even enter the building. Second, while the flower was fairly decent in the beginning, lately all you get is stems, seeds, premature buds and "medicine" that's horribly ineffective. Third, if you spend a little more money purchasing concentrates or what they call "Tru Infusions" flower, you either get unflushed shatter that literally combusts when you go to medicate or pop top 8ths that Tru doesn't even sell. Being as we patients spend money that some of us can't really afford to spend on medication that's supposed to help us.. you could atleast do your part in supplying medication thats effective. Just saying.. Do. Better.

Showed me a bunch of nice display nugs. Got my order and it looked nothing like what they showed me. I got a punch of premature leafy herb that was mediocre at best. I’m so sick of these dispensaries and their garbage product. Industry had better quality when it was illegal. Get it together.

Hands down one of best dispensary in town..don't waste your money elsewhere...keep up on everything..

I have to agree with with the other reviewer talking about using your points...i have 2400+ points to use and have been saving them... there selection has really changed.. what a joke...i don't vape or want little trinkets... that $15 off for each 500 points was a deal... i don't spend lightly...keep the dumb points as there are other shops with better pricing and no gimmicks... just saying!

Ohmydamn. I love this place. I loved it before I even got into the back. You walk in and the smell of the sweet green cheeba just takes you away. My budtender was awesome. He put up with my crazy (I'm a comedian not like I'm gonna kill you crazy). I got a sample of the cbd salve and OMG its amazeballz. Getting some next TRIP to the valley.

i remember when they actually sucked from cartridges that were crap. But now they have gotten way better the prices are decent way better than before. They have the loyalty points which brings me to metro monster. The beast cost 20 bucks plus tax i had 10 bucks in points so 10 buck 3.1 one pre-roll not to shabby. Blue Dreamy metro monster is worth a try i know many of you are against pre-rolls becuase they tend to canoe and burn like crap, the budtender actually explained an old school trick to keep it burning even. I came in Saturday for my first time and had a great experience. I cam back Sunday for 25% off edibles and had an even better experience. Both times I was helped by Damian who had some great recommendations. I was running a little late and he was able to help find a solution to get me in and out. Thanks again Damian...oh and the chocolate hash berry is amazing

Thank you so much for all the help you all gave to my son and I, our first time there. My son had a sezure inside just before he was finished with his order. From there the entire staff was so helpful with my son and assisted in calling the EMT'S . Later when he was able to try the products they were over top shelf good, the Buds were bright and green and crystals all over the taste was smooth and nice after flavor. The CBD's I believed helped calm the sezures down some, Now that he was able to try them he will continue on this treatment and maybe the next time I leave a review he will be seazure free. Thank you for this new hope. I am looking forward to my next visit, and tasting a different treat. Everyone out there needs too go by and see for your self. Great Bud Thank you

waited an hour in line. I got the 89$ 1/2 oz of Gelato #33. Not happy!!!. looks like reggie, dry and crunchy! no smell. Really upset.

First time here a couple days ago and the girl with short red hair helped me out. She was super educated on the products and so polite and friendly. I think her name was Katie?? If im not mistaken. She made my experience a great one because she made recommendations for what I needed and I was not disappointed. I got a couple different 8ths and both were amazing! I don't know why I didn't come sooner. I guess they are also under new management with a name, and a bunch of my friends told me about it, so that's why I checked it out and I will definitely be back. ;)

They’ve had the same sales for the last 2 months and nothing is worth full price.
