I've been goin to location for awhile now and I usually place online order tonight I placed order and they totally messed it up and then when I asked if can b fixed they said I'd have to place another online order and stand back n line for almost 2 hours

Love the new side walk for the disabled who cant walk up stairs and love the security walkn around the parking lot I must say this location is the BEST FOR PRODUCTS (affordable)AND SERVICE.. the staff is always smiling and WILLING TO HELP YOU MALE OR FEMALE. Must love and respect to you all .

Line was long ended up just leaving yesterday because the line being so long but replaced my order today and was still a 45 minute wait but everyone was nice and doing all they could during these crazy times so thank you all for your good service and helping us always!

Riley made sure I was taken care of on a defective disp. vape without a hassle. The staff inside and out are workin hard and the timing I was able to get thru, with a return, was impressive. I would like an option for patients whose transportation is the city bus and the problem with having to do curb side then is the rule of having to be IN a vehicle. Not many option's I'm sure and I can only suggest a bus stop option or walk up curb side with advance bus rider or non vehicle patients advance notice? by phone? option on Leafly with on line order? Anyways, the consideration on that would be great and the only thing I wouldn't give a top rating on with Jars at Metro.

Pretty chill environment, never have I had an issue coming here in the 2+ years that I've been going here. They always have pretty awesome deals and the newer rewards system, well worth it. Definitely give it a try for first timers and if you've been smoking for years, they have quality weed that will both put you on your ass and give you a lasting high like no other.

Oh boy they had some great for 420 specials. They have the perfect location for a drive-through pick up. It’s very organized and even though the line looks long it doesn’t take that long. Everyone is really amazing that works there.

GREAT Excellent CUSTOMER service

i didn’t like how I put an online order in and it took damn near 3 hours Just to process my order and for them to tell me that they didn’t have what I wanted in stock but it was online in there menu I’ve come here several times and this was the most bullshit I ever dealt with for not getting what I wanted and then end up paying more then I wanted I was very dissatisfied then I asked since my order and all the nonsense if they would throw in a space blunt for there troubles? No response Not only did I not get what I wanted I paid more energy and thrown anything extra wow great business guys yeah it’s gonna be a while if I ever deal with them again if I do.
