I've been to the Jars on 24th st. Awesome product and friendly staff. Wait time was no longer then 15 mins.

Rushed Rude completely misunderstood! I called two days before to ask for directions on how to place an online pick up order. The lady who answered the phone was very sweet and step by step explained how to process my order. I stated I was using my points accumulated on the jars website so she told me to search the word "prime" and choose from that section and then just simply show the budtender at the window my points and make that simple transaction. I did as I was directed the transaction (along with two others) was completed and confirmed. Before this I hadn't been in public in about 12 days so my anxiety was/is horrible the budtender at the window was understanding to up until the point where I told him I was using my points to pay for the gram. He stated I chose the wrong tier and I cold not "add on" another order because of the virus going around Jars was pushing to limit the time patients were in the building. I understood that clearly my issue was he became frustrated or bothered by me repeating myself that I did exactly how I was directed by one of their employees he then asked who I spoke with and dumb me didn't get the girls name so there I was stumped he noticed and stepped away from the window to get another budtender. I explained myself again and she processed the transaction and said this would be the only time they won't fix an issue like this in the future. I was directed and given specific instructions by a jars employee and was made to feel like I was the one who did something wrong. My first and last pick up order. Never been treated like this at any other "med store" . The guy became frustrated the second person said, "We won't do this again. Was I wrong for following directions?

With everything going on with the global pandemic I've been trying to avoid crowded areas and practicing social distancing as adviced. After placing an order at 11am and showing up an hour before closing they closed the doors on me and roughly five other patients. All of us leaving empty handed waiting in a small area outside with many people for an hour. I've been to many dispensary where they would at least honor the deal that we were not able to receive but no help here. Security guards claimed that they told people that they wouldn't be helped if they weren't in before close but all they asked me before I got into line is if I had my conformation code. The people around me said they weren't advised either. We wasted our time and risked our health. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I've been coming here for a couple years and have always had great service and quality. With these crazy times with Covid-19, I feel they are handling it extremely well. The drive thru service was great and very efficient today! I'd much rather wait in my car then in a line around a bunch of people. Thank you for all you do!

Nice dense nugs. Pre-order setup was best I've been to sense pandemic precautions started. Dispensary staff should be forced to watch Dr. Who until they learn to pronounce tardis correctly.
