I've never been to this dispensary in my life but I'm so greatful that they created the check your allotment online. it's so convenient and they're the only Arizona dispensary and way to check your allotment without having to go in person or call around. life savers! just for that I'm giving you 5 stars all around and maybe someday when I'm close I'll stop in. thanks again!!!

If you like the smell of cigarettes and loud bar music come shop here. Besides the fact the entrance is just mere feet from a biker bar. The inventory is low stocked and low quality. Employees seem to have gotten PR training from Oscar the grouch, make sure to not ask many questions or you might get the look of death. Plan on being heavily medicated before shopping here.

the flower is always not good quality unless you get the very top shelf, they also took away stacking deals now? This new policy is not listed anywhere and if it had been I wouldn’t have made the hour trip to go there. There is no loyalty for their medical patients, I won’t be coming back

Didn't like anything, it was such an awful experience I don't even want to call them for them to make things right because honestly I dont ever want to back! only friendly person was the receptionist, asked for one product was sold something completely different!!

Honestly the bud is good sometimes. On one occasion I found 200 seeds in my half oz and on 3 other occasions they skimped me. I got a half oz yesterday of some gelato and it was 12 grams not 14 and that’s not the first time. I hate doing online ordering because I can’t see the flower first, always end up with some super that’s for a ton of seeds or stems or it’s skimped in my experience here.

Did not being told that i can't with a friend who was with me being told if i do my med will be trund to rec sorry but i will not be shoping there again i will not come back to this store.

The deals here are phenomenal. Shango bogo’s, I mean, forget about it! However, it’s not the best part of Jars New River though, the people, they’re the best. Smiling faces, sharing new product info or just giving good old fashion opinions is what makes this dispensary better than the rest. Even the security team is personable.

Very friendly staff, had a lot of deals going on at once. Didn’t have a huge selection but had some good flavors.

All around best dispencery in northern az...they give back each & every visit with zen rewards😏

I really loved JARS, I still do don't get me wrong, but they took away what made them JARS, the deals. The flower is always good, but without the deals they feel like any other dispensary that's just there. Especially when you have to drive from East Phoenix! The last deal was AWESOME, the Dr. Zodiac's preroll's, now NOTHING. I guess we'll just wait and see what happens. But I miss JARS!

Their trees was amazing i had their paris og and loved it!! Definitely gonna try their clear tub next time too

Sam was my bud tender the other day and she was very informative and helped me find exactly what I wanted and needed for my medical needs!! She listened and took her time definitely coming back to this location

I've been going since it was Zen and I would prefer never to go again after my prior experience but they are the only place I can consistently get Baked Bros. The product is a thousand times better since it became Jars and that's the issue. The customer service is horrendous since it changed hands (with the exception of the security guards and one petite girl who is super nice). I'd never go again if they didn't have what I needed on a consistent basis. 😡

Love the environment here! All of the budtenders are very knowledgeable and friendly. Bud is gas 🔥 10/10 recommend.
