Today on 7/2/2023 definitely a horrible experience which seems to becoming the norm here at Jars North. I was bamboozled into thinking I would get a promo discount. It was even verified with Ed the budtender. However the manager on duty accused me of lying and not knowing the promos that were put out by Jars. Even after admitting that they messed up I was still left to feel like it was my fault. The manager was completely unprofessional and showed no empathy nor sympathy after finding out it was not my mistake. They advertise promos that are not accurate very misleading. Definitely a switch n bait here today at Jars. Not a good experience at all when everyone is usually friendly and helpful. Then after being rude she expected me to believe she would have manager Michael reach out. Since the switch to Jars as it was previously Debbies. The quality of service and customer service has gravely declined.

I like that she took her time with me, and she catered to all my needs took her time and made sure I got what I wanted. I would love to have this bud tender all the time that I come in to jars. Thank you Christa for everything P.s the Gushers was fire Af thanks for the bud!!!!

My guys running the door tonight are always on point. Best security officer you have is the one on tonight. You always have good deals on decent flower. Keep that Cheech and Chong coming too. Are there more than the 2 strains? Their Gelonade makes my mouth water FR FR. I'm there every other day it seems, but there are good reasons for that!

This is by far my favorite Jars location across the valley. Awesome quality. Awesome selection of strains throughout all their products. Best deals around the valley. All the workers that have helped me were very friendly and would make awesome recommendations if I didn't know exactly what I wanted at that time. As soon as you step into the door the employees at the front desk and the security there are very welcoming. Plus this location is very convenient for me since it's only like a 10 minute walk from my apartment.
